We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Very easy to find, room was spacious and well equipped. Staff were absolutely amazing. Had gluten free table for toast and cereal at breakfast.

United KingdomBreakfast was just too busy for the amount of staff they had and ended up just having what was available to eat rather than waiting any longer for them to refill bacon etc. Night porter was also barman later on which wasn’t ideal. There were about 16 people in the bar around 12.30 and he was having to deal with people of reception to which at one point was a wedding party returning.

United KingdomThe dirty cups in the room, the dirty towels left in the room, the shower wasn't easy to turn off, the hairdryer didn't work for very long. These things were all sorted, but shouldn't have been like this in the first place.
Great lady on reception sorted out the problems we had with the shower not turning off late at night . Pool facilities were good, being decorated as we were there.

United KingdomDecor a bit tired and dated but that's only a cosmetic issue. Not really a problem and everything else was great. But no need to change towels every day (I finally worked out using the Do Not Disturb sign as my room didn't need doing daily). The jacuzzi wasn't working for the whole time I was there (5 days) which was a bit disappointing. But that didn't spoil my stay!
Food good quality and fair choice on menu. Pool.and gym facilities, sofa in room, helpful and friendly staff on reception and in the restaurant. Comfy bed and good quality duvet and pillows.

United KingdomNo timer in the sauna, the spa bath was broken more times than it was working with no indication if, it was going to be fixed or when. the lockers in the changing room require replacing as most don't lock.
breakfast great, good quality items well cooked and presented. mains at dinner great,very well presented, full of flavor and pipping hot, sweet disappointing after a stunning main, so will not rate this dish. Our room was outstanding for comfort,size and clean in every corner, loved our stay. The public toilets were spotless and fresh.

United KingdomRoom. We had an Executive King Room which has “a seating area with a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, a safe deposit box, as well as a sofa”. There was only a sofa which was not well positioned to watch the TV, with no other armchairs. The safe did not work. The coffee facilities were on an inconvenient small shelf. An ironing board was hanging on the wall next to them. The general appearance of the room was shabby. The hot water tap produced scalding water and we were not able to use it, and were told it could not be fixed. We had a discounted advance booking, but at the standard room rate this would have been very poor value for money.
Staff - all were friendly and helpful. Evening meal - the evening meals were all good to excellent. Bed - very comfortable Location - excellent for getting to places across Lincolnshire.
