Decor a bit tired and dated but that's only a cosmetic issue. Not really a problem and everything else was great. But no need to change towels every day (I finally worked out using the Do Not Disturb sign as my room didn't need doing daily). The jacuzzi wasn't working for the whole time I was there (5 days) which was a bit disappointing. But that didn't spoil my stay!

Food good quality and fair choice on menu. Pool.and gym facilities, sofa in room, helpful and friendly staff on reception and in the restaurant. Comfy bed and good quality duvet and pillows.

No timer in the sauna, the spa bath was broken more times than it was working with no indication if, it was going to be fixed or when. the lockers in the changing room require replacing as most don't lock.

breakfast great, good quality items well cooked and presented. mains at dinner great,very well presented, full of flavor and pipping hot, sweet disappointing after a stunning main, so will not rate this dish. Our room was outstanding for comfort,size and clean in every corner, loved our stay. The public toilets were spotless and fresh.

Room. We had an Executive King Room which has “a seating area with a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, a safe deposit box, as well as a sofa”. There was only a sofa which was not well positioned to watch the TV, with no other armchairs. The safe did not work. The coffee facilities were on an inconvenient small shelf. An ironing board was hanging on the wall next to them. The general appearance of the room was shabby. The hot water tap produced scalding water and we were not able to use it, and were told it could not be fixed. We had a discounted advance booking, but at the standard room rate this would have been very poor value for money.

Staff - all were friendly and helpful. Evening meal - the evening meals were all good to excellent. Bed - very comfortable Location - excellent for getting to places across Lincolnshire.

The night time staff weren't overly friendly and didn't really appear like they wanted to be there! Just a bit of a smile would be nice.

The only thing that was confusing was some of the spa facilities you had to pay extra.

Lack of bacon at breakfast. But not too bothered about bacon. Pillows were awful. Bad neck when woke up. Glitter all over the carpet. I guessing quite hard to hoover up

We were very lucky to have a free upgrade, which was a lovely room was very spacious and very clean. Unfortunately the jacuzzi didn’t work. But as it was unexpected we weren’t to bothered. But if paying for the room would have been gutted. Great place/area Breakfast good. Calories on all hot food, which I like.

Very good breakfast. Laptop died and staff located a computer repairer and it was fixed within an hour.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly, room was clean and comfortable, evening meal was good except the peas were just too a la dente for me, the breakfast was very good and plentiful all round a very good experience thank you

Food in restaurant was not good. Curry was out of a jar not home made. Did not eat in restaurant again. Sandwich was worse than an old British rail sandwich. Changing rooms in pool need updating

Didn't stay for breakfast, as had it before and it wasn't up to expectations, others that did stay said it wasn't good at all, weird pillows, huge but no support, overpriced for simply somewhere to sleep

The hotel does not have the more modern facilities in the room one has come to expect when staying regularly in hotels around the cities.

The changing room and shower area in the Spa needs renovating and updating.

The room and hotel was cold, air conditioning unit in the room which turned into a warm air blower, meaning it got too hot even on lowest setting and when you turned it off went cold very quickly, unable to have a regular temperature. Cold in the corridors and the bar area. Good was a wait and cold when arrived.
