You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomA pretty country inn with very welcoming, friendly staff. My room was spotless and very comfortable with fresh milk and bottled water in a fridge. Evening meal was excellent, as was breakfast. Such a lovely place to stay and I'll look forward to returning!

Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, both in the evening and at breakfast. Comfortable and clean room, fridge in the room with fresh milk for our teas and coffee, also bottled water.

United KingdomBreakfast was nice but for more husband who does not eat anything off the continental options it was a rather light full english as only 1 of everyhting (1 bacon rasher, 1 sausage, 1 egg) . Everything else was fine.
Location was good ,just outside Worcester, and we did not have to go back through the city to get back on M5. Very good signposted walks from The Bell for dog walks . Lovely beer garden and large window in room overlooking it. Dog bed and bowls provided. Had an evening meal which was very nice.

The location was excellent for what we wanted to visit in the area. We chose the cereals and pastries breakfast which was a pleasant change from a cooked one. The pastries were yummy 😋.

United KingdomAlthough only a one night stay on short touring holiday to the Cotswold area this pub was a welcoming over night stay. The rooms were really comfortable, ours overlooked the garden and distant fields giving a real sense of rural tranquility. We ate in the pub the evening we arrived and the food and service were both excellent, a good choice of food catering for all tastes. The breakfast was also of high quality offering a good choice.

United KingdomThe shower unit floor was slippery and the plastic foot mat provided once in place was also slippery and had to be extremely careful not to slip on the mat. The hotel should consider a rubber shower/ bath non slip mats.
They provided good customer service. The hair dryer was missing from our room and they produced one straight away. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Breakfast was made to order to your liking.

The breakfast was very good. There was a wide variety of options and an excellent well cooked English breakfast. The bedroom was great and there was even a bed for our dog provided. There was off street parking provided on the premises.
