Bath was a little small. The toilet was right behind the door which was a safety hazard.

Love how close it was to the town, not far or difficult to walk anywhere. Loved breakfast, good rage of food and really polite staff.

The staff were super helpful and accommodating to a short notice change (my partner relies upon a mobility scooter). The venue was also easy to find with great facilities.

I stayed 2 nights with my husband, and the cleanliness of the room was poor. We found the bed unmade and the pillows on the floor. The Internet was only available on the ground floor. We paid almost 300 pounds and we expected a larger room, as it was in the photo on the hotel's website, but in person it was completely different, much smaller.. Poor breakfast.. I don't recommend it and I won't go there again

It could do with a bit of refurbishment and modernisation but it didn't detract from our stay at all.

Really friendly staff. Clean and tidy room good sized room. We arrived quite early and we're able to get into our room. Plenty of coffee and tea provided and a sea view. Breakfast was good and the restaurant was excellent for evening meals or lunch. Really extensive menu and a very good chef. Location on the seafront couldn't have been better. Would definitely stay again

Room was tired bathroom door had a massive gap underneath and was hard to close no shower curtain over bath so floor got soaked no bracket to hold shower head had to hold by hand

The windows were very small as we were in the attic space. However everything was neat and tidy and clean even if a little old fashioned. It would have been helpful to have some bottled water as the tap water was not safe to drink. The hotel warns you not to drink it. That said there was plenty of tea and coffee plus a lovely big kettle. The lift was old fashioned and fits a maximum of two people in. Once I got used to how it worked it was fine. It would not be good for a wheelchair user.

Location was amazing, the staff were really friendly and happy. There was an amazing restaurant next door. The room is serviceable and clean. The soap and shower gel and shampoo were nice.

The decor in the lobby was fine, but the room was a bid faded. The door handle was a shocker which as a single woman travelling is an issue.

The hotel is in a brilliant location. The rooms was clean and had everything in it that I needed.

Some front of house staff made us feel uncomfortable with looks and comments about us going out at certain times etc. Room temperature boiling even with heating off and window open. Shower slippery and very dangerous even when not being used

The lift was a bit antiquated but worked fine. Not sure how someone in a wheelchair would get on.

The location and the way staff were at breakfast. They were very smiley and courteous. The lady on reception was lovely and when our TV remote control did not work, even after changing the batteries, the TV and remote were replaced. The new set was in good working order. Nothing was too much effort for the staff. The reception area was very pretty as was the breakfast room.
