TVs not working, back yard needed maintenance quite scruffy with weeds. Lack of toilet roll and could have provided a hand towel, larger washing up liquid, scissors and teapot

apartment did have squeaky floors was annoying work was being carried out on the beach so couldn't walk or go on it from the bay

There were no instructions or reminder that our flat does not come with towels, luckily I had an emergency use one in the car. I double checked, the only place mentioned about towel is in the FAQ. Some of the door handles were wobbly and not springing correctly.

Great location, spacious flat for two, good facilities and amenities, easy access to beach.

Some of the detail like no microwave dishes and mats to put hot plates and cups on. Plus a hair dry would have been nice. This is our third time on the site the previous times had been excellent.

Location and the way staff dealt with problems efficiently and quickly. We had a problem with a noisy boiler which kept use awake the first night but soon as we reported it they sorted it. ..

The house needed a bit of tlc, the Paint work was scuffed in lots of areas and the radiators were rusty The mirror in the lounge wasn't clean it had splashes on it and the kitchen wasn't particularly clean We requested a walk in shower as my myself and my husband both have arthritis and struggle getting in the bath, I received an email from the the bay say yes we were getting a shower, but on arrival we found it was in fact a shower in a bath 😩 we didn't want to change properties as the location of the house was great and we didn't check in untill after 4 so we just managed for the four days. Can I just mention the house wasn't quite ready when we arrived at three which was fine as we knew check in was four, so we were directed to the John Paul pub, the pub wasnt busy and all the staff was gathered around a table chatting, We ordered our drinks and I understand you have a captive audience but the prices were day light robbery, you are in Filey not London, that explains why the pub isn't busy If you brought your prices down you would have more customers. Several people came in and asked for food and were turned away saying the kitchen wasn't open and they left Surely as a business person myself, I was sat there for 45 minutes and three different couples were turned away for food, On check in days the kitchen should be prepared to cook guests if they require food.

Plug in bathroom sink was stuck, no toilet roll, no towels no washing up liquid, hand soap, dish cloth or tea towel. Apartment could do with an update. We have been twice before and all the above were included. Need to advise what to bring. Pub didn’t open for breakfast even though they had breakfast photos online. Nowhere to get coffee, needs a coffee shop.

These are not complaints just constructive advice, lack of controls on heating system, could do with new thermostatic radiator valves, sliding sash windows were difficult to open, suggest cleaning track and spraying with silicone, 4 wine glasses But only one glass for a longer drink like beer , Bed was a bit low, Coat hooks in hall look nice but not practical, a foot mat at the communal entrance would be practical. NO Towels , Really, we were lucky we noticed this just before setting off

Peace and and quiet, Tranquil Location, quick and easy check in, all staff friendly and helpful, Smart TV was really useful, Apartment was nice and warm, comfy mattress,
