Parking was tight and a few times we struggled to get to our cottage due to cars not parking within the designated bays.

The location and the accommodation was clean, comfortable and welcoming.

The swimming pool closes at 4pm which is absurd, if I went to the local attractions (which some were 30mins drive away by the way) how would I explore all those and still meet the swimming pool at 4

Late check in !! It was presumed that I had access to data on my phone so I could access email even though I asked for check in details to be sent earlier !! Was quite stressful trying to open email in the dark with rubbish signal !!!

No Wifi in this day and age was disappointing. Kitchen was not so well equipped, lacking in enough crockery. Difficult to manage the heating, it was freezing when we arrived. No handwash or toiletries.

NO WIFI !! in any of the cottages. Very disappointing. Not enough cupboard space on the kitchen. No where to store food. Clock is just for decoration!

Swimming pool was unavailable and maintenance could not attend to resolve throughout the duration of our stay. Not necessarily too much of an issue with all the surrounding activities - but with a toddler this would have been a nice touch.

The wifi doesn't have any signal at all. It cost all my data during the stay! The telephone for guest service is a bit hard to get connected. The toilet roll and towels are insufficient. Only 1 toilet roll for 3 nights...

Really fantastic accodomdation with all the facilities and appliances available. The beds are cosy for good sleep. The price is really reasonalble. Love it. The locatin is perfect for visisting attractions I'm keen on. The swimming pool is lovely and warm. I even learnt how to swim with free style there. The restaurant nearby, the Hut, is delicious with a beautiful sea view of sunset. We'd love to come back again if there's any chance in the future.

The property had quite a bit of previous water damage to the floors, doors and architraves. Every time there was rain in came in under the front door too. We moved the 2 single beds together to make a double for the second couple and found a lot of dust/rubbish behind both beds as if they haven’t been moved to clean around/under them for quiet a while. Wasn’t much of a problem though for us to clean.

It wasn't clean, the floors need a good scrub. Our socks were black underneath after walking around the apartment for a few minutes. Cleaners should also try cleaning the windows from the outside, all were covered in muck, cobwebs etc, looking out our windows always felt...grimy. There was a hanging basket chair on the balcony which was hanging on by a thread as it was so rusted, seems dangerous and needs to be removed from the property - we had to put other furniture around it to prevent our child from playing with it. The main shower was broken spraying water everywhere. Front desk help was sparse, every time we wanted to speak to someone face to face, there was no one at the desk.

The beach hut was really nice, facilities are good and everything seemed new/modern. The view of the sea is great and we loved the little touches of entertainment included (board games, DVDs etc). You get a lot space for what you're paying for!

We expected there to be some sort of welcome pack in the cottage but there wasn't so nothing to let us know about the facilities on site, where the bins were located (recycling) local places to eat or shop, places to visitor attractions, how to get to the beach also there was a gate which led to a quicker route to the beach which needed a code which we didn't have and didn't realise this till late in the evening towards the end of our stay.

The cottage was lovely and a short walk to the beach and if you walked along the sea front just round the bend you could see the Needles in the distance. It was a great base from which to explore the Isle of white.

The bungalows were lovely and modern , 2 lovely sized bedrooms and living area. The kitchen was stocked with all appliances including washing machine and dish washer. The surrounding area is beautifully quiet and love the private entrance to the beach. The bungalow had a private drive too for the car and nice little front garden with furniture to sit in. Loved that towel we’re readily at the property.

Very small car parking spaces and quite narrow to drive around. The mattress on the bed was quite firm, so not that comfy for us - but appreciate this is down to personal preference.

Spacious lodge with well equipped kitchen and nicely decorated. Very clean and was impressed with the quality of the bed linen. Set in a lovely location with good access to the beach nearby and felt quite private when sitting in the outdoor space attached to the property.

Lack of storage space in the kitchen for food/groceries. Could do away with the washing machine. The sofa was too soft and low and we had trouble getting up out of it. The basin plug in the bathroom kept sticking, so we ended up using the bowl from the kitchen. We know that pictures on the website are for illustration purposes, but we were a little disappointed with the cottage considering it was classed as ‘Executive/Premium’.

I think only have one toilet roll was a bit tight so maybe having a spare one would have been nice . But that’s all .

Very happy with our accommodation, the beds were nice and firm which is important to me having a bad back. Lovely and spacious for the two of us, very well equipped kitchen with all you need . Lovely shower and it was nice to have some private out door space with table & chairs.

Overall it was an excellent stay. Maybe consider growing out the hedges so passers by cannot see into the living rooms. Also more toilet roll would be appreciated.
