We expected there to be some sort of welcome pack in the cottage but there wasn't so nothing to let us know about the facilities on site, where the bins were located (recycling) local places to eat or shop, places to visitor attractions, how to get to the beach also there was a gate which led to a quicker route to the beach which needed a code which we didn't have and didn't realise this till late in the evening towards the end of our stay.

The cottage was lovely and a short walk to the beach and if you walked along the sea front just round the bend you could see the Needles in the distance. It was a great base from which to explore the Isle of white.

The bungalows were lovely and modern , 2 lovely sized bedrooms and living area. The kitchen was stocked with all appliances including washing machine and dish washer. The surrounding area is beautifully quiet and love the private entrance to the beach. The bungalow had a private drive too for the car and nice little front garden with furniture to sit in. Loved that towel we’re readily at the property.

Very small car parking spaces and quite narrow to drive around. The mattress on the bed was quite firm, so not that comfy for us - but appreciate this is down to personal preference.

Spacious lodge with well equipped kitchen and nicely decorated. Very clean and was impressed with the quality of the bed linen. Set in a lovely location with good access to the beach nearby and felt quite private when sitting in the outdoor space attached to the property.

Lack of storage space in the kitchen for food/groceries. Could do away with the washing machine. The sofa was too soft and low and we had trouble getting up out of it. The basin plug in the bathroom kept sticking, so we ended up using the bowl from the kitchen. We know that pictures on the website are for illustration purposes, but we were a little disappointed with the cottage considering it was classed as ‘Executive/Premium’.

I think only have one toilet roll was a bit tight so maybe having a spare one would have been nice . But that’s all .

Very happy with our accommodation, the beds were nice and firm which is important to me having a bad back. Lovely and spacious for the two of us, very well equipped kitchen with all you need . Lovely shower and it was nice to have some private out door space with table & chairs.

Overall it was an excellent stay. Maybe consider growing out the hedges so passers by cannot see into the living rooms. Also more toilet roll would be appreciated.

It wasn’t we didn’t like it was the steps down to the property which were wooden where a bit slippy when we got there as had been raining. Maybe a handrail might help.

We were very impressed with our accommodation. It was a lovely place to stay and we also had a hot tub which we didn’t realise we would have. . The accommodation was very pleasing, just couldn’t fault it. A lovely place to stay. Thoroughly recommend it.

Could have had a slightly deeper clean. Floor was a little dirty, cigarette bottle left outside, hot tub had leaves and garden was a little uncomfortable with no shoes coming in and out. Was no extra bedding for sofa bed. And no hangers which made it hard for us to really unpack.

The swimming pool at guest services was lovely. Nice spacious living area. Good cooking facilities and sort walk from the beach. Car park space not too far from lodge.

Hot tub. Too many chemicals in it. Even after showering can’t get rid of the smell of bleach. Functions didn’t all work.

The floors were dirty and my baby had been crawling and walking around made his feet and knees black. Having to open the oven everytime we needed to get some cutlery as the oven handle blocked the drawer from being opened fully. Other than that everything else was all good and clean.

Cute and cozy. Hot tub was lovely, felt nice and comfortable that wasn’t being overlooked by other guests.

Poor Parking Smelly bins right outside the cottage no gate on the garden bit for child no sun shade or umbrella outside and no washing up liquid or hand wash. Shower was way to small

Nothing. But on our arrival we were given a ( discounted ) quote to stay next year same time and dates and it was double the price we paid this year, so although we really enjoyed our stay , did not rebook for next year as we feel this is an excessive hike in price.
