First, wanted to say Chris is outstanding! He was so helpful while our flights were getting canceled and interrupting his plans and ours. So, accommodating. The location is beautiful and just outside of Edinburgh but extremely close to Buses and Trains and a quick trip into the heart of Edinburgh. We also ate at some restaurants in the village. The view from the balcony is amazing. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't have breakfast at the B&B, so I can't comment on that.

Cozy place for our stay. Room equipped with fridge, electric kettle and hairdryer, and for those who care, shower and bath tub. . Host also provided luggage rack upon request.

Very comfortable and clean. Chris was super friendly and accommodating. Easy access to train to get into Edinburgh for the day. Slight noise from above from kitchen but minor. Some restaurant and grocer close by.

We liked everything. Nothing at all to complain about. Chris even helped carry heavy bags up and down stairs.

Close to the train, which was easy and an excellent way to get in and out of Edinburgh. Chris was super friendly and helpful. Parking on site a bonus. Lovely views from our room too.

My husband and I only stayed for one night to see the Tattoo, but the room was fabulous, clean and had everything you needed. The train station was close by, so we could get into Edinburgh easily without taking the car.

Wonderful large room with amazing views overlooking the Firth of Forth. Easy travel by train into centre of Edinburgh - 10 mins walk to train station. Owner was very welcoming.

The bedroom and bathroom were decorated lovely and super clean. There were also toiletries, tea, coffee, and biscuits. In a little fridge we could store our cheese and milk :) Also, the breakfast was individually home made according to our wishes. But most importantly, the hosts were incredibly kind, caring and attentive. We're very much looking forward to staying again at Bay and Bridge ❤️

Nothing, was the best stay in 3+ weeks of travelling through Europe and UK.

Chris the host was amazing! He provided wonderful insight on things to do and tips for getting around with the fringe and tattoo on. The breakfast were brilliant and the room large, well appointed and we loved watching the sunset and sunrise. Oh and emaculately clean. We drove our own car and used the onsite parking. But he happily picks up guests from the nearby rail station if they have baggage etc. There is a local pub, restaurant, shops etc.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the view was amazing. Chris was very welcoming. This was one of the most charming stops on our trip and we wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely worth a visit!

There were no disappointments at all.

The host Chris was so friendly and helpful in any way. The view was amazing! And the garden room was a very comfortable, clean room. The bed was good and the shower was the best we ever had. We could say what we wanted for breakfast and it was really delicious. A golden find. I'd we ever go back to Schotland, we will definitely go back to Bay and Bridge!!!

There's only a very limited amount of parking so if you're travelling by car you might not get a space!

The Bay suite was very spacious, and the view was amazing. We had a lovely couple of hours sitting on the balcony in the sun with a bottle of wine just watching the ships and the planes and enjoying the view and the peace of the evening. We opted to have a continental breakfast which was a really lovely hamper of treats in our room which was very reasonably priced. The room has a fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee machine as well as the necessary crockery - there's a wee dining table in the window and we spent a lot of time just sitting watching the view change as the evening drew in. It was just lovely! We hope to return soon!
