We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWas a bit disappointed that our bin wasn't emptied in the room each day, our tea coffee tray wasn't topped up on a day basis, but otherwise, it didn't spoil our stay.
Breakfast was lovely, staff in dining room were exceptional, considering they were extremely busy.

United KingdomAlthough it was good to get a freebie, the shuttle service to the theatre needs to be better organised. The driver had no idea of the numbers booked and a member of staff had to drive one elderly couple down to the theatre when he failed to return to pick them up. Coming back again there were too many potential passengers and my wife and myself (we seemed fitter than the others) walked back to avoid him having to make four trips.
The staff were uniformily excellent and friendly despite often seeming to be under pressure (from shortages especially at bar/reception). Can't fault the breakfasts.

the room was very big and had lots of storage for luggage, it was clean and the facilities included were great! check in was super easy and the staff were helpful and friendly when asking questions. the location of the hotel is great for being nearby but not right on the main street and near enough shops that if you forget something it's a 5min walk.

United KingdomOn arrival there was no power in the room, we tried calling reception by mobile (as there was no phone in the room)!! But they didn’t answer…so we had to walk back down to the main building to report it. Maintenance were sent immediately and resolved the issue with the power, the missing phone that should have been in the room was never replaced. The fixtures and fittings need some attention as they are all loose and in need of tightening up eg The lock on the room door which was highlighted to maintenance when they came to fix the power, the toilet roll holder, towel holder and bathroom sink taps were all loose.
First of all, while we were eventually happy with our room, it was not the room we had booked. It was not even in the correct building, it was in a building across the road from The Bank House, called “Dunevis House”? The room was very clean with comfortable bed and bedding, ample closet space and hangers. The breakfast staff were all very friendly and super efficient.

Ideal location, very central. Accomodation was clean, warm and comfortable. Great choice for breakfast. Lovely pool and health suite. Friendly staff.
