My room was small and almost filled by the bed. Whilst it was very clean & comfy it would have been nice to have somewhere other than the bed to sit!

We love the Inn Collection Group Hotels. They take a run down property and make it special with everything that you need in a stylish setting. The staff are always lovely and helpful too

Didn't mention car parking very was limited before booking, informed after booking of a first come system and if your are unlucky you may have to park in a pay carpark at £8 a day but free after six, the public carpark is about 75 yards away

Lack of shelving in bathroom for toiletries Table and chairs outdoors needed cleaning

Our room was dark and above the kitchen so smelled of fryers. No sea view but we did have a dog, so it may have been a pet friendly room. I booked early and paid A LoT for the room. I checked the day before and the booking was £200 cheaper. So when the room wasn’t amazing, I was a bit miffed!! The message is…. Don’t book early, go last minute!

The wi-fi didn't work at all for the entire stay - we have stayed before, and it has not been reliable previously (continually logging you out), but this time all of us had the issue of the loading page not redirecting and being unable to remedy it. It wasn't the end of the world, but not great for anyone who uses medical devices and may rely on access to wifi in case of any issues. One of the rooms (in the annex) only had a window backing on to a yard where people were loudly talking during the day, which did not feel like great value for money. That room also had no service, on top of the no wi-fi.

Fantastic location and great breakfast, and the staff at breakfast were lovely. The main attraction of the hotel for us is the location and that it is dog-friendly.

Room very small ( larger available at extra cost apparently) very hot with no control,especially the mad hot towel rail at the entrance to the bathroom ,so difficult not to touch on entry.

Parking was confusing as one car park allows no overnight stays whilst the other does. So needs care to make sure u park in the correct one before psyment Confusion was cleared up on speaking with staff member.

We were in room 20 and our only issue was the bathroom, the wash basin was tiny and you couldn’t get near as the roof slopes and a glass shelf above the basin. Most of the water went on the floor. The same for the toilet it was under the slopping roof. I think they had forgotten that people have to use them!

member of family got charged £14.75 for one pint and when he questioned it the bartender said he charged him for 3 pints even although he only asked for one :( Also shower was warm but water coming out everywhere hose was not great

Part of a 'chain' from what I could see - was expecting more of an 'inn' atmosphere. Menu was a generic menu that seems to be used in a lot of pubs/restaurants/hotels in the UK. Didn't eat there, apart from breakfast, which was only OK.
