Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

Great value (although it was a Sunday), fantastic location right in the centre of Liverpool, really helpful team working there, and a place that’s a bit different and more interesting than the chain hotels. Would highly recommend, and would happily go back.

The hotel has a great quirky vibe, with album covers and posters from 70s and 80s as décor. Room was far nicer than I'd expected, loads of room and very comfortable. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Fantastic shower!

United KingdomRoom 2 was incredibly warm! Even with the window open and fan on, it was still really warm. I have no idea why it was so warm. There were no radiators I could see and the towel rail was off in the bathroom. No extractor fan in the bathroom meant the room got even warmer when you had a shower. No full length mirror.
Comfortable bed. Mini fridge that could be used for your own purchases. Good supply of tea, coffee, milk and a variety of glasses. Hot, good pressure shower. Good sized TV. Fan provided in room.

United KingdomHad a lovely time here. About 20-25 minute walk from the main station, very easy to walk into the centre. Check in experience was easy and staff were lovely and helpful. Room was very spacious and very comfortable with plenty of storage. The breakfast was great and reasonably priced and there's a nice looking pub attached to the hotel too. Overall a lovely stay and I'd recommend it!

United KingdomNot really a complaint because the bathroom was lovely and clean but did smell a little damp, suppose you get this in the old buildings.
We stayed in a groupie room with 2 double beds on floor 4 The beds were so so comfy the bath in the bedroom was great too. Good TV Chanel’s if you want to watch the box. Breakfast was nice and reasonably priced, I had avocado on toast with egg was trimmed with a chilli sauce and was really good. No dinner available. About a 5 minute walk to Albert docks and roughly 10 mins walk to Liverpool 1. Car park over road from hotel £6 for 24 hours which is excellent value although if your very lucky there are a few parking spaces outside the hotel for free for 24hrs. Newsagent, bar, hairdressers, bakery, couple eateries on same road we would defo stay here again. Thank you.

United KingdomThe lift was a bit unpredictable. Thought we were stuck on more than one occasion, & even ended up in the basement at one point. Took the stairs for the remainder of our stay!
I’ve stayed here before, so knew what to expect. Wonderfully quirky & music themed, but NOT the Beatles! From the minute you clap eyes on the floral festooned entrance, you know you’re in for a very different hotel experience!

United KingdomI liked everything! - Feedback - It might be good to train others in the business to use the key card programming machine to help them not be put on the spot when required as a back up.
This is a fab hotel with a difference. Very smart rooms with quirky music related features. The hotel felt very secure with locking doors and security cameras. Highly recommended. I encountered a slight problem on arrival with regards access to my room, however the lady for a different part of the business did everything possible to help resolve the issue whilst waiting for the hotel manage. All was resolved in a professional manner and the manager made a nice gesture with a complimentary breakfast. I look forward to staying again soon.
