Bed was a bit hard and pillows are slim and not very soft but that’s my preference so probably shouldn’t moan Lovely fresh breakfast but would be nice to have just a couple more options

Great friendly staff very helpful and good fun, attentive and fast service, great quiet location with nice peaceful grounds , the pub is very nice with very very good food Michelin registered and they have a great chef, great WiFi signal and decent selection of booze

We had a wonderful one night stay. The lodge was perfect, the location brilliant, the food was exceptional and the staff topped it off. Go stay! You will not be disappointed.

Lovely and comfortable in a perfect setting. Definitely a place to go for a mini weekend with a partner. The food at the restaurant was absolutely beautiful and everyone who works there are lovely. Definitely be going back at some point as I really enjoyed the night there

The room was a little noisy in the evening but this was probably to be expected above a bar and dining room and not s problem during the night

The decor and furnishings were modern and attractive both in my room and the bar and dining room. I had a very good dinner chosen from an imaginative menu - very much not standard pub fayre - and appreciated the good range of cask ales and wines by the glass. Breakfast was also very good and good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

One thing that a lot of places “skimp” on is the beds. We did not enjoy the bed or even the pull out sofa bed.

Neat and clean unit with everything you need to have a self catered break. We loved the hot tub after a day out sight seeing and enjoying what the area offers.

Overlooked fairly busy road so early morning traffic could be heard from room. Disappointed evening meals not served on Monday or Tuesday.

Very comfortable clean room with equally large bathroom. Excellent restaurant for evening meals . Good but limited choice of breakfast .

Cabin could do with some TLC in places (behind the bathroom radiator and ceiling) Would be nice to maybe have some oil s&p in larger cabins... Bought stuff to cook dinner Monday when restaurant was closed and didn't have those items (I assumed they may be there so didn't buy them)

Great isolated location with a fantastic view. The room has everything you need. The wonderful hot tub was perfect. Plastic glasses for drinking bubbles was a great thought. The food at the pub is also great and the breakfast was really good.

Taxi services was poor we didn't really get any help to get one & not sure if they offer food but wasn't anything available on the afternoon we arrived, but overall very happy with the stay.

Beautiful place 😍 staff were friendly & welcoming. Hot tub was clean & refreshing. Will defo go again. Breakfast was very tasty.
