Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomDinner was not as good as breakfast and the dining room was very crowded and full at dinner. Had one of the few rooms not occupied by coach parties. The smell of fish on the second evening was off putting. Only had dinner on night of arrival.
The staff and room were very good. Reception staff were very friendly and accommodating Breakfast was good. I loved the view from the room.

United KingdomParking space had been promised as no.1. In the event we got no 3. Awkward when disabled, as too narrow. The drain in the wet room was slow, and water was all over the bathroom floor!
Helpful friendly staff. Easy access in and out of downstairs room with wheelchair. Views when the rain stopped! Excellent breakfast with good staff. Special diet catered for. My husband had a fall, and straight away with staff came to help.

All good - the location good and view absolutely fabulous! The room could have been a tad bigger but having a balcony made up for it. Breakfast was delicious and set us up perfectly for the day - we stayed most evening for dinner which was equally good and reasonably priced.

I had a large beautifully clean room looking over the sea. The breakfast was completely comprehensive from croissants, yoghurt, cereals, porridge to bacon, eggs beans, tomatoes, hash browns and even fried bread. I took the option of a 3 course evening meal in the hotel on the first evening and it was so good I didn't eat out at all in the end. Good bar with good selection. Wonderful if you're a bingo fan, I'm not. But the entertainment was amusing, if not entirely for the right reasons.

The staff are amazing, the room clean, superbly situated, with great facilities. This is an exceptional place to spend some time enjoying the Torbay area, the views from our rooms were stunning to wake up to. We will certainly be coming back many times.
