Recommend hiring a car to be closer to St Helier

The staff were very good, the breakfast was good. Rooms a good size, free parking. Nice pool and jacuzzi Lovely walks to be had

Dinner in Ocean restaurant - very good but food too rich for us and extremely expensive! Especially the wines.

If anything, I'd say the interiors of rooms and the two pools could benefit from a renovation but it didn't effect our stay and the stay was fantastic. We can't wait to return.

The staff were fantastic, particularly Chris the bar manager. Everyone was a joy to interact with. The food was fantastic and the views across the gold course and out to sea from the garden were beautiful.

The Atlantic hotel is in a beautiful location. It has a lovely feel about it and the staff were exceptional, so helpful, friendly and attentive. Staff were extremely happy to help; carrying luggage, providing recommendations and booking lunch/dinner out for us. The general hotel and our room, were spotlessly clean and well looked after. The view over the beach is amazing. Breakfast and the food at the hotel was great, and the staff even allowed us to choose little extras for our baby at breakfast! The hotel provided a travel cot that was clean and easy to use. I also had a massage while staying, which was excellent.

Aging spa facility and tiny sauna, the outdoor pool seem to be maintained way more than the indoor one.

Excellent service from the hotel staff, the whole hotel was kept very clean, remarkable food at the atlantic restaurant. Nathan was a delightful concierge and knows everything about the island and it's history.

Jacuzzi And token gym area needs updating for this standard of hotel. Lunch I had the Caesar salad. At £24 I was expecting something special but unfortunately it was very ordinary, the dressing was average and the chicken was tough. The wines were a little pricey for what they were.

Incredible view from a nice room. Breakfast very tasty. A good steak for dinner. Very attentive staff especially from the bar staff, they couldn’t be more helpful.

The only detail I didn't like was the fact that the room lock doesn't lock properly for kids from inside

I couldn’t fault anything.

We ordered dinner to our room which was delicious, our room was very big with a beautiful view. The staff were absolutely lovely. We used the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna and all were amazing. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with such a good range of choices. 100% recommend and would definitely go back!
