We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast was superb. Fresh fruit, yoghurt, freshly made coffee, a delicious full Lancashire breakfast. Room was immaculately clean and lovely chocolate biscuit every day and coffees and teas. A lovely comfortable bed, fresh white sheets. The Ashley exceeded all my expectations. It was brilliant. And the view from the front door must be one of the best in the country.

A wonderful little guesthouse in the seafront of Morecambe. The entrance of the Ashley is very clean and well maintained. Secure front door, leading into a reception hall where we were greeted by Pauline, our host. We had some papers to sign. We were issued our key and directed to our room. Upon entering our room, it was peaceful and spotless, fresh, high-quality linen and towels. Complementary tea coffee and a kettle, flatscreen TV, a comfortable bed aiding a great night's sleep. Enclosed ensuite bathroom with an invigorating shower, well ventilated and cleaned daily. We went down refreshed after a great night's rest to a dining room with a stunning view of the bay. Breakfast was 5 star, in my opinion, with a good selection of fruits, yoghurt, and cereals. The coffee was delicious. There were several cooked breakfast options on the menu. We chose the Lancashire option, which was delicious. Pauline really puts her heart and soul into the Ashley and ensures that her guests have the best the establishment can offer every time. We will be back, I guarantee ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

United KingdomWhat a gem of a place in Morecambe. We came home afterwards feeling relaxed and refreshed - it was just what we needed. Comfortable room, spotlessly clean, parking, delicious breakfast (loved the fruit salad) with loads of choice, fresh coffee, modern bathroom, view of the bay, everything was perfect.

Breakfast was exactly what we wanted, very well cooked and served. dining room was perfect with view over the bay. Our room had glorious view across the bay. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable a kettle and and welcoming biscuits were provided. the owner was very helpful and friendly even carried my bag upstairs as we are both over 80. a Free car park behind the hotel was a real bonus. Public transport stops near to hotel so didn't need car to go to into Morecambe/ Lancaster etc. We think this is the best place that we've stayed at for price. Would certainly recommend and return.

United KingdomThe location was sea front and we had a bit of a walk to get to our events (My Fault) for not checking distance to venues. There was only a bath in the toilet, a shower would have been more practical for us again my fault for not checking. The weather wasn't great but we still had a fantastic time living at the Ashley.
The Ashley is clean and tidy the bedroom was spacious and ideal for our stay. The breakfast was good and the dining area was well set out.
