Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location can't get any better, right at the heart of St Andrews. The duplex room is just perfect for us. By far, this was our best experience in Europe.

United StatesWe liked everything. There’s no elevator because every building in St Andrews is wonderfully Georgian or earlier and built pre-electricity but the wonderful staff carried our suitcases and it was fine.
The property is charming, in the best imaginable location and super clean.

Location very close to the coast, very clean and smelling so good, soaps and shampoo smelled wonderful. Had a nice fridge and coffee maker with complementary drinks and cookies and chocolate. Staff was super nice. Bed was comfortable. All newly remodeled.

United StatesIt would have been nice to have a restaurant if that is important to you but there are so many great places nearby that it was fine for us. Actually, it was nice to experience more of what the town had to offer and not rely on staying in the hotel for meals/drinks.
The location was excellent as was the staff. There is a shuttle that takes you to local golf courses and a 20 minute taxi to Kings Barnes Golf course.

United KingdomWe were on the ground floor. There is little/no sound proofing from the hallway. The noise from slamming doors continues through the night from the entrance to the rooms upstairs. Such a shame as otherwise would be 10/10.

United KingdomSlight hiccup getting to the room as the address/hotel sign is number 5, however, we were staying next door, separate entrance. The soundproofing couldn't negate the banging doors at midnight and very loud voices in another room, or the gulls! The shower room would benefit from a window blind.
The common parts and room are finished to a good standard, well presented and very clean. The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

United KingdomRoom was warm even although we turned the radiators down. Opened the window during the day but had to close it overnight due to the noise from the seagulls. Lots of building work going on in Murray Street so parking was limited and the workmen started quite early.
Good location. The furniture and fittings were good quality and the toiletries smelt amazing! Liked the little touches, like fruit bowl in the foyer, selection of coffee pods for the coffee machine.
