We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The receptionist is wonderful, the staff are friendly and kind! We loved it, we would definitely go back there! I highly recommend it! The decoration and pictures of Liverpool Playars and menegers and the champions league tropical!

Lovely wee hotel. It was a flying visit so we didn't stay long but the good points were as follows: 1. Location - going to an Everton match. A ten minute walk away. 2. Very clean hotel - I'm not fussy but this exceeded my expectations 3. Staff - always a smile and very helpful. 4. Room was very comfy....beds firmer then I like but everyone else said they were excellent. Sheets and pillows very clean 4. Rates were excellent

What can I saw... absolutely best accommodation EVER. Home away from home. All the staff were amazing and so accommodating and went above and beyond to help us. We have stayed twice at the hotel and both times exceptional. The hotel is a 3min walk from Anfield perfect location if you are going to a game. Breakfast was great and very reasonable priced too. Thank you all so so much for your hospitality. Definitely coming back

The staff are fantastic. So friendly & helpful. The hotel is clean and modern. The room was very clean. Nice fluffy pillows, comfortable beds, tea & coffee station, bathroom compliments and plenty of toilet rolls!! Nice large smart TV. Only a 15 minute drive from Liverpool city centre. There is also a convenience store right next door. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning 🥰

BulgariaWe were in Liverpool for the Pink's concert and this is the best place to stay around the Anfield Stadium: a 5-minute walk - maybe, even less. Very clean rooms, comfy beds and our host Becky was such a delight. There is a friendly pub near by and we had a great time watching the Euro 2024 there and having some cocktails.
