Just outside of Hinckley in a rural setting, facilities within a couple of minutes, quiet and peaceful location Clean, tidy and well appointed, off street parking is always a bonus over here. Excellent communication from the owners.

It was very cold when we arrived and took a couple of hours to warm up using the electric heater.

It was very clean everything you need. There little Christmas touches dotted around which was lovely.

Farm animals bit noisy at times but not really an issue......it's a farm.

Self catering apartment, very smart and modern. Location was a little bit off the beaten track but not to far. Host's were excellent as we left some coats and the kindly posted them back to us. Would definitely stay again.

Only small thing was the roosters woke us a little early Sunday morning….but the location is near a farm so already knew there may be some animals around

We had difficulty finding the property although there was a map on the Booking.com site which we eventually found. It needs a sign and arrows pointing the way. Owners sons met us by chance and showed us where to get the key

The only thing that would stop me giving a 10/10 is the WiFi which after a few hours did not work. Unable to browse or stream videos. Could be a real issue if you have to rely on the WiFi for work etc. Hopefully this can be improved for my next visit. Otherthan that it was perfect.

Really nice apartment, exactly as shown in the photos. I would definitely stay again. Very clean, comfortable, well looked after and stocked. Great communication from the owner.

Location may be a bit remote for some but it’s very convenient for Dadlington and Market Bosworth.

Nothing that I didn't enjoy.

The host was very welcoming and the apartment exceeded expectation, well furnished and well maintained. Beverage platter for hot drinks were available and towels and shower gels were supplied as if it was a hotel setting. Surprised with the level of service and professionalism
