We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Lovey welcome from the reception lady including telling us where we could go to eat. Clean room. Plenty of t bags although more milk pots would be good. Nice, hot shower. Very squeaky floor boards throughout the hotel which might be a bother if in a room with lots of people walking by, but we were at the end of a corridor. No on site parking but on road free parking 6pm to 8am.

United KingdomI didn't like the shampoo and conditioner in bottles in the bathrooms as it was impossible to get the liquid out. I understand that this is to prevent people from taking too much but found it very awkward and inconvenient.
My room was extremely clean, and the design was modern, which I liked. There was a nice picture of a cow on the wall. The facilities were good and plenty of tea and coffee and clean towels

United KingdomThere was no way to dry anything as the towel rail seemed to be connected to central heating and of course, this wasn't on as it was summer. After a day of walking in the rain we would have appreciated a way to dry our clothes. We could have asked if any portable heaters were available but couldn't face the steep stairs down to reception after walking 16 miles already that day! We didn't realise it was above a nightclub until after booking but luckily it wasn't a weekend night.
Good value. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Friendly welcome from staff. Central location. Absolutely fine for a bed for the night.

United KingdomParking is a potential issue. I arrived at 5pm so was ok to park nearby on the road until 9am the following morning. Then I had to move the car for an hour until I was ready to leave. If you're staying for more then 1 night you may want to find a paid parking so you don't have to keep moving your car in accordance with parking restrictions.
The lady on reception was impeccable. Her welcome and help more than made up for the slight inconvenience of no on-site parking being available. Room was clean and very comfortable too.
