Lovely location, by a beautiful bay and on the coastal walking path. Very comfortable beds and piping hot showers. The kitchen was well equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, etc. The top floor flat was large, airy and completely peaceful; even though the hotel was fully booked it felt like we had the place to ourselves - well worth the extra stairs up! The owners were great, very friendly with lots of information about the area. We visited Newborough, South Stack, etc - all were easily accessible on quiet roads. There's a Coop supermarket about a 5 minute drive away and a few restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Nothing. Seriously, everything was better than expected, even though I know the area I'd never stayed here before not literally nothing I could improve.

The location couldn't be better for a start. You need your own transport as its outside main transport links but it's such a beautiful spot and so quiet. Amlwch town is 5 mins away for everything you need, loads to see an do on the doorstep including beautiful scenery and coastal walks. The accommodation was 10/10, the hosts 10/10, the cleanliness 10/10. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again in a heartbeat. I was in the top floor apartment so can't speak for the other accommodation but I imagine it's every bit as nice. The hosts even gave me a bottle of wine and box of chocolates, and a key ring as I left as a Memento of my trip. They left me to it but were there if I needed anything. 100% perfect stop, it literally couldn't have been any better.

Not a complaint, just an observation. It was a top floor flat and there were several flights of stairs to climb which required a certain level of fitness! It did mean that the sea could be seen from the front window so a bonus really?!

Mike met us on arrival and gave us a tour of the apartment. It had everything and more that we were hoping for. Mike and Carol had kindly left us a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates plus a local map with hand written notes highlighting good places to visit. It was exceptionally clean and tidy and in a brilliant location being only a 2 min walk to the sea. Able to park easily, directly opposite the apartment.

Mike was there to meet us and showed us around our apartment. They'd thought of everything you could possibly need. Mike gave us a list of recommendations for places on the Island to visit and also ideas of where we could eat out locally. Mike and his lovely wife were around incase of problems (there weren't any). We'd definitely recommend anyone to stay here. It's in a lovely location with walks from the door and parking opposite on a quiet road.

- Motion sensor light in the ensuite bathroom didn't stay on for very long. - Wasn't quite sure how to leave items for recycling instead of general waste.
