I didn't like that the dishwasher was full of wet cleaned dishes after the first night looking for dishes. The two chairs in the lounge looked damaged at the chair legs all twisted so we didn't sit on them because they didn't look safe. And no welcome hamper or sweets etc. Seemed like a let down given the pictures looked like you got given a wee welcome gift. So that was a disappointment. Rolls of dust on bedroom floors as well.

I loved the Hot tub, The rooms were lovely and spacious too. I loved the location central for everything.

Advert stated there is car parking, which there is but it’s a public car park round the corner from the property. Curtains were for decor only but the blinds didn’t do much to keep the light out so consider an eye mask. Downstairs shower head wouldn’t stay up and water was difficult to regulate. £300 deposit held on credit card.

Very well presented property with nice decor. Beds extremely comfortable. Great location on the high street in Prestwick so really handy for all the nice bars/restaurants. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Hot tub area was lovely and felt very private, lots of extra towels provided which was much appreciated.

The property was a great size and very clean. The garden and hot tub were perfect for our stay. There are plenty of shops nearby and the beach is a 10min walk from the house. We loved staying here and will definitely return. The staff contacted me during my stay to make sure everything was ok. It was easy to contact the staff by telephone and they were very friendly and helpful.

A bath would be good & also the fact there was a cctv camera in the garden when you are going out to use the hot tub & no blinds on the back doors so could easily see into the house which put us off sitting in the living area much

I always find it suspicious if people say things were perfect but I would be scrapping the barrel to find a negative comment. Feed back rather than not liking would be a small bin in toilets.

From the opening of the front door we could feel the luxury of the house. It was furnished and dressed to a high standard and was warm and welcoming. It was in a great central location for pubs shops and restaurants and the hot tub was amazing. It was easy to find and key collection was perfect. The staff also called to check in with me and ensure everything was fine. It was a perfect weekend. Will definitely be back in the future.

Couldn't fault a thing!

We had an amazing weekend at the Alexander, everything was very clean and beautifully decorated, and it really felt like a home away from home for the weekend - we wished we'd stayed longer! Everything was thought of, from the extra towels left for the hot tub (addition to the bath towels) to the tea and coffee left for us. We are already planning our next visit back and will be recommending to friends and family, there's nothing we could fault at all. We usually go on a girls holiday abroad every year but due to COVID decided against it this year, yet this was a fantastic alternative and we had the best time - thank you Donnini and we can't wait to be back!

Difficulty closing back doors, had to get maintenance out to close them when we were leaving. I'm sure this matter will be resolved though as the customer services were fabulous! Would suggest more seats in the living room if accommodating 6 guests comfortably.

Great location with everything needed right on the doorstep... Very comfortable, high spec house with a fab hot tub. Great, friendly customer services...would definitely recommend and would use Donnini Deluxe again!

The fact that we were given the run around by customer service regarding a none functioning hot tub. That glassware was dirty. Broken and loose tiles in garden and CCTV camera in garden that looks in on kitchen as well as garden. The customer service was terrible. I have been waiting weeks for a manager to call me.

The location. The house is lovely (could have been dusted and utensils cleaned properly but that wasn't a massive issue) and if the hot tub was working and customer service helped with coming to a resolution it would have been a different experience.

Problem with back door as soon as we arrived. Bathrooms not as clean as we’d hoped. Shower tray filled up quickly and didn’t drain properly. We had 3 adults and a 15year old, paid nearly £400 for the one night so expected all beds to be made up but only 2 were.

Ideal spot right on the Main Street. Comfortable beds. Large hot tub. Guy who came at the end of our stay to fill the hot tub was lovely.

The sink in the upstairs toilet was very slow to drain away. Needs attended to. There was a handle missing on one of the bedroom doors which should have been fixed before we arrived.

Everything was great. Loved the decor, hot tub, garden area. Fully equipped with everything we needed when eating in. The lounge area was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Loved the bifold doors leading into the garden. The location was perfect, plenty of cafes, pubs and restaurants all in the one street and the beach is just around the corner. Would definitely recommend this to others.
