You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hotel and bar are a little bit run down, with some confusion over whether it is the same establishment as the adjacent bar. I am not the only person to have walked 360 degrees around the premises before deciding it must be. But if you're not looking for luxury then you probably don't care, and it was exactly as advertized. There are some excellent other pubs to visit nearby. Just don't leave dining too late. Nairn seems to shut for food at 9pm.
The Albert is a functional hotel in a convenient central location for Nairn and connectivity by 'bus and train. The room itself was well appointed and comfortable, with an en suite bathroom and tea / coffee, and the Full Scottish was excellent.

United KingdomWe were very happy with everything. There was a fairly narrow, steep staircase up to our room, but it was not a problem and we are in our late eighties.
Very friendly welcome, in the bar. Where we relaxed with a drink before going upstairs to our room. The room was large and bright with a huge bed. There was also a good size TV. Not the usual laptop size, found in many hotels. The Albert Inn serves bar meals. Their special offer menu had a good selection at excellent value for money. We both enjoyed our choices. The inclusive breakfast was served in a dining room and was equally as good. The location, just off the main through route, is in the centre of the town and close to beaches and harbour. We could see the main road but there was no traffic noise.

United KingdomSlightly roomier toilets would be nice......I had to sit 'side-saddle' on one of them! Although you couldn't hear any noise from the bar downstairs, it was very easy to hear noise from adjoining rooms. If you have one of the 'front' rooms, facing the A96, you do hear a lot of road noise.
Double rooms were a good size and the beds were extremely comfortable. Although the en suite shower rooms were small, the showers themselves were superb! Our host was very friendly and served up a great breakfast. Although there was a public bar underneath, I wasn't disturbed at all.

United KingdomInitially we were given the key to a room that was not ready, although this was corrected quickly, The general decor leading to the rooms could do with a refurbishment. The hall carpet was grubby and the doors could do with an upgrade.
Friendly staff. Bedroom clean and tidy. Good tea, coffee and water provision. Very large, comfortable bed. In general, it was value for money for an overnight bed and breakfast. The breakfast was very good, freshly made, well cooked, tasty and exactly what we requested.
