Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

NetherlandsRests of food inside the door and at the bottom of the oven, which was a disappointment, because the rest of the appartment was spotless. Variable signal on TV. Kitchen-lounge has two small windows, but daylights cannot come through because of the type of glass and the bedroom downstairs has a high window which you cannot open.
Good location at 15 minutes walk from town centre. Quiet: via a secure gate courtyard with appartments. I liked the sounds of birds, but the walls are thin and if you want you can hear what neighbours are saying to each other. Modern bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows with bedlinen and towels that were really white. Ktichen and lounge has everything I need.

United KingdomThe bed in the single room is rather short for someone over 6 feet tall. Access to the gates to the yard was rather 'tight' due to the way in which one of the niebours parks in the road.
Access was easy with the rules sent just before arrival. The area was fairly quiet even though there were a lot of students around. The apartment was well provided with equipment and utensils.

United KingdomNothing that we didnt like, and not down to the hosts but on this occasion it would have helped to be slightly nearer the centre of the Lincoln. We travelled by train and my partner was unfortunately having problems with a knee injury. Taxis were pleasant, efficient and available when we needed them however.
Property was comfortable, quirky and well equipped. More than met expectations and was a cosy place to relax when not sight seeing.
