The hotel is a little tiered, and the lift wasn’t working so they had to change the room for us. Didn’t see any air conditioning.

Room wasn't very clean. Hair and what looked like a strand of dental floss behind the door. Shower head was not clean and the hose was kinked. Housekeeping knocked on our door approx 2 hours before we were due to check out, that made us feel under pressure to go,they were very pleasant but felt we had to hurry

Very good location, easy check in. Comfortable beds. Good shower

It seemed like the breakfast kept running out and you had to wait a long time for more to come. It seemed like the staff were a little overwhelmed when lots of people arrived at one time for breakfast.

Staff were friendly, hotel was clean, beds were very comfortable.

I had trouble persuading the first receptionist I spoke to on check-in that I’d emailed the hotel beforehand to ask if it was cheaper to add breakfast before arrival & had been assured that the price would be the same. After this, her manner became a bit curt & patronising. There weren’t enough staff in the breakfast room so I was one of 3 customers waiting around to ask a question & this wasted a lot of time. I’m gluten free & this was the first time I’ve come across hash browns that are not naturally gluten free. Even the Premier Inn & Macdonald’s regular hash browns are naturally gluten free so they must use cornflour or similar to bind. Perhaps consider changing your recipe.

The location, the spacious room & modern shower room. The majority of the staff were very friendly & helpful. A fairly varied breakfast. I got a great deal on Booking.com that was cheaper than the hotel’s own website at the time.
