We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe changing rooms to the pool were not very clean and were outdated, lockers didn't lock. The pool was stinging everybody's eyes as the levels were not correct as we over heard a member of staff telling someone. The doors to the room slam and make a really loud bang.
The member of staff on arrival was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely and well presented again Staff were very friendly in the morning. Room was spotless and very modern.

IrelandThere was no tables available in the restraunt despite it being practically empty, and asked to order and eat food via the bar, I think lack of staff was the issue, The food was only ok even though it was not cheap.

United KingdomIntroduction of "stealth tax on parking", £10 per night in a non linear reducing scale dependant on how many nights you stay. It IS mentioned in the small print but you have to look for it. No biscuits in the room, reduced food menu, basically the management are following the shrinkflation approach i.e. you get less for the same price. Town centre was really quiet on Friday PM and Saturday AM, area feels like the current government approach to finance is taking its toll.
Nearly everything, particularly the staff. Lots to do in the local area, lots of other places to eat. Central location, near to local shopping centre, great transport links. Cleaning, bar, restaurant and particularly reception staff are great.

Good price for budget stay - big plus for me it’s dog friendly property and dog can be taken to the bar (for breakfast or any time of the day) Small swimming pool, sauna etc just benefit to the hotel. We tried it. Jacuzzi too. Good location. Right next to J5 of M54. Lots of shops nearby. Good breakfast.

United KingdomDidn't like the location in the middle of a commercial centre. Room smelt damp and very stuffy like stale smoke. Shower was if anything too powerful and shower screen too small, and flooded the bathroom floor, which may account for the damp smell in the room. Room was not double glazed so we could hear traffic noise clearly all night. We were disappointed not to find complimentary water, hot chocolate or biscuits in the hospitality tray. Would expect those in a 4-star hotel.
Room was spacious, decorated well and very clean. Bed lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and reasonably good quality. Staff were friendly.

United KingdomThe view on to a busy road and car park wasn’t great. The shower door wasn’t big enough, so the powerful shower sprayed water all over the bathroom floor.
It was close to the station. The room was a good size. The room was well designed, with plenty of sockets and lights. The bathroom was a good size with a great shower. The evening meal was very good and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great to have use of the swimming pool.
