Nothing at all, all rooms very comfortable and the whole cottage is finished to a high standard.

    Beautiful and comfortable cottage.

2nd bathroom was very small, it would help if there was at least a hanger there.

Spacious, well equipped and clean. Located in the countryside making you feel really on holidays. All needed facilities were there. Although quite remote it is pretty close (less than 1h drive) to several top attractions of Northern Ireland.

Whats was not to like? 10/10!!

A beautiful, well presented property in a quiet rural setting with only sheep and lambs for neighbours! Loved every minute of our stay with plenty to do in Cushendall, Cushendun and beyond. Our host, Caroline, met us on arrival gave us loads of recommendations and was very flexible regarding check in/check out times. Will definitely use again!

We never got the code and phoned contact numbers but no reply until 6.30pm which was annoying with 2 babies. Booking.com tried their best but eventually it was sorted.

So clean, fresh and warm. Very good with everything you require.

The beds were a little soft, the settees were quite low down. Very good for the kids and younger people. But the more elderly it got difficult to get up.

The facilities had everything we needed. In fact more than enough.

On arrival the cottage was immaculate, not a spot of dust or dirt anywhere. Very clear instructions on where we can park the car and good directions to find it. Great communication with Caroline throughout. Thanks Padraig for coming up to show us the heating!

Really clean, we even got a hotel like vibe from this cottage. It was perfect for us, we were there with family of four generations. Our 93 year old granny was able to get around the ground floor and use toilets etc too. Backyard was perfect for our two toddlers. Would definitely stay again.

There seemed to be the bare minimum of crockery, cutlery & pans. There is a dishwasher, but only 1 tablet was provided. Also, some basic provisions would have been appreciated, such as salt, pepper!

The cottage was comfortable, with more than enough room for 4 adults. The location is rural with good views, particularly from the front of the property. You do need your own transport. Cushendall is at least a 30 minute walk, along a fairly busy country road.

Have quite a tall family and we found the beds a little short, otherwise the accomodation and our stay was perfect!

Modern clean property, well thought out with very spacious rooms. Well equipped - kitchen had everything you'd need - dishwasher, washer and dryer, oven, microwave etc. Great for any length of stay. Located quite centrally for attractions - we visited Derry, Portrush, Ballycastle and the Giants Causeway.

Convenient and comfortable, but no soul

    • Family with young children
    • Three-Bedroom Cottage

    - Lack of charm and soul, impersonal (ikea furniture, nearly no decoration either on walls or everywhere). - Lack of instructions for the arrival (we had to call for the door code), for the TV (no list of channels), and for the heating system. Especially when you are foreigner. And an inappropriate message from the owner saying we were heating too much ! Appart from the fact guests don’t have to justify themselves regarding how warm they wish the place they rent (my parents are 73 and 80, and the outside temperature was 13/18 night/day), the owner should just rise its rate if his electricity bills have increased. But not bother his clients.

Spacious, quiet, comfortable, with all necessary appliances. Good location to explore the north coast, and at 5min drive from shops.

Minor niggles: floor finish wonky in places, back view not the best, some kids’ outside play sets might need retiring, some saucepan handles get too hot.

Very clean, good size, 3 toilets/bathrooms (2 en-suite), well-equipped kitchen, warm, plenty of hot water, comfortable beds, very quiet (even with 2 neighbouring cottages occupied, easy parking, access to local amenities and places to visit. Tranquil and beautiful location.
