Perfect location being only 6 miles from St Andrews, beautifully clean and spacious room, with great views to the water. Breakfast was superb with so much choice of homemade deliciousness. Allan and Fiona went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. 5*

Fiona and Allan were so friendly and helpful. They were even able to get us reservations at a local tavern for a party of 6 the night we rolled into town for our stay. Dinner was fabulous! Our breakfast at the Inn was delicious as well, and we had a wonderful stay! We also appreciated their assistance with the retrieval of our delayed luggage that we had delivered to their B & B.

Nothing…not a single thing needed an iota of improvement

Breakfast was incredibly good -as was every single aspect of our stay. We came in with high hopes and expectations and they were exceeded! This is one truly fantastic place to stay when in the St. Andrew’s area and Fiona and Allan were incredibly gracious and wonderful hosts

Fiona & Allan were outstanding hosts. The property is a great alternative to staying in St. Andrews; an easy short 10–15-minute drive. Also, there are two great small distilleries close by. The property was very clean, comfortable, and in a very quiet setting. They provided guidance to a great local pub and called ahead to book table for us for dinner. The breakfast in the morning was from their own farm fresh eggs and was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Loved Everything about stay. Bed very comfortable. Plenty of space in room. We stayed in suite . Watching sunset sitting on balcony with a glass of bubbles was perfect. Tea/Coffee/water/biscuits/fresh milk all in room. Ample breakfast choices. Lots of local produce. Fiona and Alan lovely hosts. Friendly and informative.

The views and quality of furnishing were excellent. Cleanliness of whole space exceptional. The breakfast was delicious with very fresh and in season produce. The owners Alan and Fiona were very welcoming, informative and happy to help when needed! Would stay again and recommend to others.

No problems what so ever

Fiona made a great breakfast for us, delicious and filling. Large breakfast, plenty to eat. They were very helpful in directing us to some of their favorite restaurants in the towns around them, including St. Andrews, but others in nearby coastal towns. Informative regarding getting around St. Andrews and finding parking. The place felt like a welcoming home.
