The location is excellent for the town centre. We did not consume the breakfast foods provided. However it was thoughtful of them to provide food if we had needed.

The only thing we needed that wasn’t available was a freezer section in the fridge but that was due to our reason for stay and unlikely to bother anyone else.

Bathroom smells damp. There were hairs in the bathtub and floor. Floor towel used as hand towel.

Fragrance sticks in the bedroom are problematic for some asthmatic people like me, so I needed to take them out and open the windows to air the room. People who don´t have problems, don´t think about it, but are they really necessary?

I liked the spiral stairs but they might cause some people anxiety!

Loved its quirky character! The location is superb as it is so central. Provision of cereals/assorted edibles and drinks with Honesty box is a lovely touch.

It was rather chilly when we first arrived, but soon warmed up. January though, so not unexpected if no-one had been in prior, just like at home.

We had a lovely stay at this cottage, perfect size for a couple. It was cold but heaters were provided to keep us warm! Would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom opens directly from the bedroom area and is a little small but it wasn't a big issue and we had enough space for two people and for the length of stay.

Amazingly cute place very central to Cirencester. The kitchenette and living room area is very cozy and we were grateful to see a lot of breakfast items be provided for free. There's no central heating but the electrical heaters were more than enough.

Great communication from the host! Reallly easy self check in. Perfect central location for cirencester and to explore the Cotswolds. I was a single woman and felt completely safe Very warm and spotlessly clean, with really comfortable bed, very good quality bedding. Hot shower room with bath. kitchen you could cook a meal in with kitchen table and good sofa/TV. The street is very quiet even though you are in the centre. Great restaurants and so many good cafe. I would stay again if I was working in town or recommend to a friend/family. Highly recommend

The kitchenette was nice but would benefit from renovation. The building is lovely and will be better when the structural repair work is complete.

A cosy and characterful little place with everything that we needed for a brief stay. Very comfortable. The location is quiet and very central. The wifi worked well for Zoom calls and the library, almost next door, also allowed for quiet work.

My only personal criticism is that the mattress on the bed was a lot softer than I prefer. But - I fully understand that beds are a matter of personal preference so I do not hold this against the hosts. Also - I am quite large & heavy so a lot of other people would probably have thought that the mattress was perfect.

The location for my purpose was perfect - only a minute or so walk to the town center. Also there was a personal welcoming note written on a small blackboard on one of the tables - a clear sign that the hosts care about who stays there & want them to enjoy themselves & feel welcome during their stay. I also liked the complimentary breakfast items (although I only actually used teabags, sugar & milk). There was also an honesty box to pay for any other drinks that were provided - again I did not take advantage of that but it was very thoughtful of the hosts.
