For Beds 3 and 4 as they are raised you need to be fit to get into them.

    Fantastic location. Had all essentials.

It was a little tricky to find the entrance to the Coutiers carpark at the back of the property (we went through the carpark, as the directions suggested, and out the other side 😂) but the entrance to the Courtiers carpark is behind a black electric security gate, on the left hand side behind the electric vehicle charging points. Also, the beds on the raised platform are more suited for children, imo, due to needing to climb the little ladder and the height over the 2 mattresses is compromised, but the sofa bed more than makes up for this issue. I would suggest leaving a sheet available for guests so that they have a choice whether they are able to use the raised beds or not. Finally, there can be a little noise disturbance from the market stall holders setting up as the windows at the front of the property are single glazed but this didn't bother us too much.

Fantastic location, in the heart of Henley, close to all the shops, restaurants and bars. It over looks the marketplace where a craft market was being held on the Saturday and Sunday which was a real bonus. We really appreciated the extra touches such as the beauty products in the bathroom, the butter, teas, coffee, oil, cereal and cleaning products in the kitchen. The quality bedding and towels and the decor make it feel like a boutique hotel. The contact with the hosts was very efficient too. They provided an information folder which we found helpful in the accommodation. And the ease to self check-in made the process very easy. We would definitely like to stay here again but as you would expect with such a high standard, the apartment is booked up very well in advance. We loved our stay and we would highly recommend the Swan's Nest.

Beautifully equipped and decorated apartment, with an excellent central town & riverside location.

Was a little noisy in the front bedroom until midnight fri/sat nights due to loud live music in the restaurant/pub opposite, but didn't bother us.

Location was excellent, right in the Henley town square, in the middle of all the shops/restaurants/pubs. Very ample space for a family (we were 3), and beautifully decorated with all mod con facilities. Our 9 year old loved the second bedroom snug and raised bed, perfect for her age (albeit not good for big teens/adults).

Tiny bed space for kids. Too many stairs. Trip hazards because of floor level changes.

Central location, comfortable beds, clean and well maintained bathroom, clean and modern kitchen. Overall the apartment is well looked after.

Not deal breakers just worth knowing in advance... The noise from the pub at night and early morning market set up was really quite loud, rubbish collected quickly with 4 of us in a 2 week stay sharing bin with other flats so overflowed, bunks were in a very tight space, and parking spot at times was taken by someone else.

Very central location, lots of handy amenities nearby. Many within walking distance. Having a washer/dryer and dishwasher was great but only a couple of tablets provided so you'll need to buy a packet. Heating effective, tv handy for when you're all activitied out. It is a cosy little nest, lots to like about.

At first metal gates which need fixing, couldnt get in when arrived and difficult at night. Kitchen would need blinds, no privacy when you walk with short night top to make coffe in the morning and people from pub looking up! The mattres in sofa wasnt clean, full of somebodies hair and other stuff…. Cup for toothbrush in bathroom was dirty inside also…. Also noise in the street at night because somebody opening shop, in early morning because market people building tents. Need eaplugs if you want to sleep without any disturbamce.

Very nice apartment in the centre of City. There is everything you need for few days stay from toilet paper , a lot of cosy pillows, blankets, cosy carpets, TV with big choice of channels till peper and salt in kitchen.
