the property is fine but the complex which it is based on is tired and run down. we didn’t need to use the complex so the apartment itself was everything we needed. just a shame about its location

the property was lovely and clean and just what we needed for an emergency stay and we are so thankful to the host for helping us with this.

Well, when we got there, we were given a room at the front on top of the bar entertainment room Well I was shocked how is it not ready for holiday makers Green mould up the steps floor feels like it is going to collapse the room was not great either they should shut those down for a revamp as its not exceptable or safe to let someone stay in them sorry

The room we were given after the first was alot better, and we were happy with what we got But the whole place does need a revamp it's very sad

Was a little tired looking but didn’t bother us. Some of the room window didn’t shut properly. The main thing for me was the holiday park was being used for social housing however the people staying there didn’t cause us any bother.

The Room was very clean, swimming facilities, soft play was a great addition and I over heard a member of staff saying they will be getting a refurb soon so can only get better, general facilities were great for kids.

Hooks in the bathroom would be nice, free view on the tv, more than one toilet roll as would be nice, ended up buying some and maybe some washing up liquid. Heating not the best so hard to dry towels after swimming with no outdoor area. Would be nice if kids were allowed to jump in the pool.

Staff super friendly and very helpful. Pool was great, food was good. Room sufficient with good facilities.

The housekeeping/cleaning was not great! When I informed the reception staff that all my dishes were dirty and there were several faults with the apartment; although they were apologetic, they offered nothing for the inconvenience. Not saying I was expecting free food or anything but the option of a free later check out might have been nice! The pool changing rooms are tiny and there are only two showers. There was no entertainment which was surprising for half term. Outdoor park was advertised but there wasn’t one.

Good location with ample parking. The soft play is a great size and the kid zone with the PlayStations and Nintendo were a great bonus! The pool is warm! And is a fairly good size. The food and drink is well priced and the bar staff were fantastic.

Changing facilities at pool weren't great- very small and no family changing which was hard with two kids. The outside doors and window sills were filthy and would have benefitted from a clean making the apartment feel more welcoming.

Very small cottage smaller than it looks in photo. Asked for initial deposit for stay and even for getting a table tennis bat/ball. No system to checkin if you are late after reception closed. People waited and called to the number provided to get the checkin sorted. Unfortunately we stood in front of reception for more than half an hour that too in rain to get the receptionist on line.

Roon 1G > Could not shut twin bedroom door as too long , needs about an inch cutting off bottom so it can swing over carpet . Shower waste didn`t drain , standing in a couple of inches of shower water.

Thankfully not too much. We had a couple of issues connecting to the Wi-Fi, and didn’t know there was no bath gel or we would have packed more of our own.

I didn't like the fact that the entertainment wasn't included in the cost of the stay. I had to pay £10 cash to take my children into the soft play, which should of been included, as it was free to go to during the daytime. The entertainment was so loud, me and my children ended up going back to the apartment early. Also the staff were all running around, messing about, really not professional at all.

The apartment was a good size, it had everything you would need.

No toilet paper provided, and net curtain on front door reduced privacy, particularly when outdoor light on. No mirror in main living area so difficult drying/styling hair.

But the beds were hard and uncomfortable unfortunately. And the middle bedroom window wasn't fitted right there's a gap so it was freezing even with heating on. Both nights were windy aswell which made it worse as it was really blowing through. So our little one was cold.

Good location,nice swimming pool. The food was amazing in the restaurant as we ate both nights. Nice apartment clean. Good value for money.
