The house was absolutely lovely. Plenty of space for us all and well decorated. The hot tub was a great addition and it was very clean. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The two smaller room beds were not comfortable for adults and so they didn’t sleep well. Could have done with some more basics eg a spare bin bag, oven gloves, dishwasher tablets. Could have brought some but thought a couple would be supplied. An extra frying pan would be good as we made a big breakfast for everyone.

Location was great and easy to get to everywhere. Lovely walk to the beach as well. Easy parking which was a bonus for 4 families. Property was big enough that we all had space and never felt on top of one another. Beautiful well kept garden. The two big rooms are great with comfy beds. Great communication from host and very clear guidance on house rules/ WiFi etc.

Beautiful large property. So much space for all of us. The garden was very nice and the hot tub a lovely treat. The host was very accommodating because unfortunately I became unwell and I was unable to travel down until the following day (the rest of my family arrived on time) so he gave us a late check out at no extra cost. We had a lovely time as a family. Area is great. Lots of things to do.

The only slight disappointment was the welcome basket. This consisted of a few chocolates in a bowl and when you have travelled a distance, some milk, fresh bread, eggs or home baking would add to the wow factor of the welcome. There is tea and coffee there available.

The cleanliness and amenities of the property. The host could not offer more. The property was within easy access by car to many local places. The rooms are large, tastefully decorated and clean. The garden is a wonderful area to relax in and the hot tub adds to the experience. We travelled as a group of 4 with 2 of our party being more mature of age and one with limited mobility, therefore the downstairs toilet/shower and bedroom were a god send, as was the easy access to the house from parking the car.

Honestly nothing.

Cleanliness, garden exceptional, cleanliness, plenty of spaces for family to use, with hot tub and seating perfect for evenings. All round perfect for what we needed however downstairs room would have been useful to use but no reflection on owners as I hadn’t confirmed I needed to use it for elderly guest so we improvised.

Nothing sunnyside had notes everywhere to say they were in the middle of replacing front door etc that were a bit old and outdated.

Sunnyside is such a beautiful house in a perfect location we have just been to spend the weekend with our family after the sad passing of our father and we made such lovely memories together in his memory. Sunnyside was really a home from home having everything you need for a stay for everyone. Even better touch with the hot tub and lights outside for a nice relaxing evening

Would have liked curtains in the bay window that you could draw! This would have kept the room cooler in the day and cosier at night. As I wanted to write whilst I was away, a desk would also have been nice but I used the dining room table.

Spacious. Good size lounge. Comfortable bed. Well-presented with everything you need for a staycation. Great location for access to town and for days out.

the property itself was very beautiful, it is close to the town, it was a relaxing home to stay in. the beds are very comfy, and there are plenty of beds in the property for many guests. the hot tub was great, and the garden area is beautiful. i will defiantly be coming back here in the near future.

House was large and had beautiful views. The fittings and facilities were lovely and the garden was beautiful and well maintained. It was nice having instructions for the showers and electrics as they can sometimes be difficult to figure out.

We were missing basic things like sponge for washing up, there was fairy liquid but no sponge?! wettex to keep it tidy and also with us being four people, toilet paper. The house was freezing, the living room had a electric radiator so that room was warm and we don’t mind a cool bedroom but the kitchen and bathrooms were ice cold. Luckily we had good weather and could dry our towels outside. I mean we live in Sweden and are used to cold weather but we also heat our houses up 😉 This is just small things and the contact with our host was good. Quick responses and friendly. We would definitely stay here again 👍🏻✨

We liked the fact that it was close to our family, shopping and nature. We loved the garden and our kids loved the hot tub. Big clean house and friendly host that help us out a lot!

Generally clean but Could have been a little cleaner there were cob webs in places. Would have been handy if bin bags and washing up liquid had been available

There was a lot of mismatched crockery, broken house detail such as skirting and kitchen trim. Sweets stuck to the carpet in one of the bedrooms and the house generally smelt dour and one bedroom in particular smelt of vomit.
