Very hot at night. Could do with some fans or AC. Double bed mattress a bit to soft.

Perfect seafront location. Close to all the the shopping and leisure facilities. Private parking directly outside. Spotlessly clean.

it was very quiet for the first night up until the building work was happening at the building next to us. They were very noisy and woke us up every morning. Shower overhead was loose, i did report it to the staff and they said they was going to have a look at it but no one came. But overall apartment was great.

The apartment was very clean, cosy and modern. Situated across from the seafront.

We wouldn't recommend a lower ground room. Room wise it was absolutely beautiful with a back door which is perfect for smokers. However the noise from upstairs was so loud that we didn't get much sleep at all. You can hear ever single floor board.

We always stay here at sunny beach when we come to Paignton. We love it. So clean and homely, right on the sea front too! It's amazing. Thankyou again and till next time 😁

We like everything!

Beautifully decorated, felt very calming and great location within walking distance of everything you would need. We stayed with our three young children in shell shores and it felt spacious!

TV remote wasn’t very responsive. Funny drain smell in the bathroom.

No views, which is a shame with a balcony. And it's a real shame due to how the building is the noise from upstairs is as if they're in the same room. Creaking floorboards that somehow make items in my bedroom rattle. When someone walks upstairs the bedside lamp rattles and any items on the table. I can actually feel their footsteps and hear their every word. Such a shame as its the reason we wouldn't return. The creaking of the floorboards above us was so noisy when trying to sleep. A welcome pack would have been a nice touch, it's always nice to receive.

The location and size of the apartment was excellent. We stayed in seagulls rest. Best apartment we have stayed in. The entrance is lovely. The apartment is outstanding.

Only thing wrong was a smell when we arrived but fair play they offered us another room but it was upstairs just a few to many steps for me but got it resolved in the end which was the main thing

Sadly there had been a problem with the lower apartment we booked but our hosts moved us into the luxurious Turtle apartment on the top floor.. The stairs were a bit of a task for us being seniors & my husbands parkinsons but we managed. Don't be put off by this comment as if you're more agile this apartment is so peaceful. We will be back but on a lower level next time.

We loved it, such a relaxing break with amazing seaview over Torbay. The apartment had everything we needed. The decor was so beautiful & the bed very comfortable. The shower facilities were 10 out of ten, same for the kitchen. It was nice to meet Tina & Steve our hosts too. We didn't want to go home :)

Bin men woke us up at 7am. 2 days in a row.... Some noise from above apartments or side apartments.

2 min walk from the sea, and plenty of parking. Booked a 2 bedroom apartment for more room. Very comfortable bed and was very secure, apartments was very clean. Plenty of towels etc

A few sachets or small jar of coffee/tea plus pint of milk would have been a nice addition. Also the foot stools in some of the pictures were not there, which would have been good to have, and maybe a slightly smaller table that was a little lower to eat off. All in all though I would 100% visit again.

The location was excellent, it was spotlessly clean and very comfy. I liked the ipad fòr communication and advice too. Also supplied with several extras - washing up liquid, cleaning spray etc.
