I wasn't sure what to expect being on the University of Northampton campus. The room was spacious and well equipped, the ensuite bathroom was excellent and the bed very comfortable. A superb breakfast is served across the road in the University refectory on exchange for a voucher given when you check-in to the hotel. The impressive campus is only around 6 years old and it is only a relatively short walk to the River Nene and the marina, and on to the town centre.

Discolouration of shower yellow gunk build up from areas not being cleaned regularly. Crack in wash basin. Only one towel we didn’t realise until am. Bed was comfy

There wasn’t any milk for the tea and when I asked for some at reception the lady asked if I was sure there wasn’t any.

I needed to stay on university campus for an early start the next day, it was important I had a quiet good nights sleep and that’s what I got.

Bed a little small, it would be good if there were super king size beds, the rooms was a good size and it would fit. Not so keen on the "green light" as I like a dark room.

That the taps in the bathroom did not have drinking water.

There was only hand wash in the shower, and not shower gel. There was a lot of talking outside of the building about 12mid night, that affected my sleep. Check is 10am, but ideal. The pressure of the water isn’t great in the shower.

There was no air conditioning or mini fridge. (but this appears to be the norm for hotels in the UK) In the bathroom there were no tissues or shampoo or conditioner but they did have body wash and hand wash. And there wasn’t a wand in the shower, just an overhead shower rose but it had good pressure.

It had parking close to the hotel. The room was very clean and breakfast was very good. The staff who checked us in and out were all very nice.

The hotel was so clean, the room was perfectly very clean and comfortable.it is in a very quiet place, the only thing was it was too far from the train station. The other thing was that the toilet flush was not working very well. Otherwise no complaints. I wish I was staying one more night..

The only bad thing is the smell of hospital food and the lady when we checked out was quite rude to my friend when he said thank you.

The place is very close to town and a Morrisons. The canal is very beautiful at night and it was quiet. I like that there was security on the university campus, breakfast was only £5 extra pp but didn’t try.

It's a surreal new building within a sterile complex. Not signed from parking spaces and the spaces themselves were not signed. Had trouble leaving in the morning as the key card didn't work initially. I rang reception but no one answered. The person on reception had their ear odd in and was taking a break outside. It lacks any human tiuched

Location is excellent 👌 being about 10-15 minutes walk to centre of Northampton. In lovely surroundings near a park and the River Nene. Room was modern and clean. Continental breakfast at the weekend was good value for money and good quality 👌

It was very warm, whilst the hotel had placed fans in the room, air con would have made for a better night's sleep.
