The receptionist who booked in told us that there was only a continental breakfast available and no hot food, so we declined. Fortunately we checked in the morning and were able to book then and enjoyed an extensive choice of hot and cold buffet food.

Only fault I can raise about my stay was the food we had. The burgers we ordered were very dry and bland. But that’s the only thing I can say bad about my stay and that’s a very minor thing.

Great location, staff amazingly helpful and polite, clean and spacious rooms. Honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed in London.

I waited over an hour for room service of two drinks from the bar & was still charged the service charge. The drinks were also incredibly overpriced. The wifi was quite weak & unreliable in the room and the light in our bathroom flickered throughout the full stay. Whilst this is the negative side of the review, none of this would prevent us from staying again we just wouldn’t use room service or drink in the bar.

The hotel was beautiful & the location was ideal. The staff were incredibly helpful & friendly.

There were a few issues around room allocation which eventually got sorted and I have to say the duty manager was excellent in explaining and eventually resolving and also taking on board my review comments via email

I wished that we had more time on the yacht, so beautiful, and more space for relaxing on the outside deck or top deck. The food was ok, but a bit pricy, not a lot of options on the menu only one vegetarian dish.

Very good location, quite and clean. Our rooms was clean and spacious, the view of the river was so beautiful. Breakfast was tasty, loads of options for everyone, a shame that the check out is too early for my liking.

I think the decor is tired and some of the internal fittings are now showing wear and tear. Staff were generally inattentive and breakfast was boarding on the chaotic running out of plates and coffee cups. Not as good as when we last stayed.

Was the second time we stayed at this hotel as we loved it so much the first time. Something different. A beautiful authentic yacht in a perfect location within walking distance of the Excel Exhibition Centre. Service was on par with what you would expect from a 4* hotel.

There were kids running round the bar in the evening which spoilt a chilled evening drink.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and bed was really comfy.

When we got there, none of the lifts were working, and there was no indication as to how to contact Reception. Eventually my husband managed to get onto the ship and go to Reception, and a member of staff came to take me up via the service lift (I have mobility issues).

The breakfast bar was really well stocked, with much more than you could ever want! The food was also yummy!! We also appreciated the fridge in the room, in which you could put your own items, as well as bottled water being made available for our use free of charge on a daily basis. All staff were very polite, friendly and attentive, and good at what they did. Especial thanks go to the room operatives, and also to a young man who had only started work the week we went - Kristian, I think - who was happy to deal with any queries, as well as having to learn his new role: we wish him luck in his future endeavours!

Poor breakfast set up, made it a lengthy queue to wait to get seated and then difficult layout for ease Very strict on 3pm check in time so made everyone wait in the bar, which meant everyone wanted to check In at the same time, causing delays and queues.
