Bed not the most comfortable. Breakfast buffet a bit limited. It’s so so easy to access restaurant menu. You have to download an app. For a one night stay, I don’t think this is necessary.

It is a cool place to stay. All facilities are provided.

Having a low deck room, I'd recommend asking for a high deck room

Apart from the conversation between the 2 member of staff which i felt was a hierarchy situation, everything was perfect.

Check in was straight forward, our room was amazing and we only had the standard room, all the usual, TV, tea and coffee with biscuits, water in the fridge, very comfortable bed, shower not bad, clean but a bit of a lighter spray that i prefer. We had a drink in the bar in the evening and the service and staff were lovely, no issues. beautiful sitting on the deck looking over the water. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance, and very close to the tube for exploring London. Only reason I didn't score excellent for staff was because we asked to take a coffee out after breakfast and the communication between the 2 staff members appeared to be a bit fraught, we couldn't as the deck was wet, which we understood, but it was the conversation between these 2 staff that was a bit cringe, don't forget we were standing there, be polite to each other. The lady who was dealing with us came back and was very apologetic and professional. We still enjoyed out coffee in the lobby.

Breakfast good, veg sausages not so good , would recommenced chick sausage or Halal chicken. Very easy to get to from the train , but us my parking space .com to drive and park across the river Wish thee was a gym or a spa on board. .

Shower has 2 temperature, scalding hot or freezing cold ! Bed was uncomfortable and room extremely hot . Not enough plugs in the room or in a convenient location . Hair dryer was rubbish

I would have like some body lotion in the bathroom. And there was no toilet brush. All minor things that could be improved quickly

The arrival was brilliant, staff were excellent. Amara Fouade greeted us and was brilliant to get us to our rooms and organise a late check out. He was an absolute delight.

The receptionist who booked in told us that there was only a continental breakfast available and no hot food, so we declined. Fortunately we checked in the morning and were able to book then and enjoyed an extensive choice of hot and cold buffet food.

Only fault I can raise about my stay was the food we had. The burgers we ordered were very dry and bland. But that’s the only thing I can say bad about my stay and that’s a very minor thing.

Great location, staff amazingly helpful and polite, clean and spacious rooms. Honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed in London.

I waited over an hour for room service of two drinks from the bar & was still charged the service charge. The drinks were also incredibly overpriced. The wifi was quite weak & unreliable in the room and the light in our bathroom flickered throughout the full stay. Whilst this is the negative side of the review, none of this would prevent us from staying again we just wouldn’t use room service or drink in the bar.

The hotel was beautiful & the location was ideal. The staff were incredibly helpful & friendly.
