We loved the location. Right by the beach and close to the shops. Lovely and quiet. Apartment was spotless and had everything you could need.

Mattress on double bed too soft, but this is very individual so not necessary issue for others.

Very well equipped (from cutlery, washing equipment to hair dryer) and well looked after flat!

The TV in the living area was an Android one which I struggled to come to grips with. But no big deal really. Apart from that, all OK

Location very good. 100 metres from beach and 1 mile from Lanelli centre. Easy to pick up keys and find parking spot (photo supplied!). One or two minor issues, soon resolved. Very quiet and safe location. Very well supplied with everything you might need.

A little hot in the lounge, but we could always open a window! We didn’t have a sea view and maybe the advert on booking.com was a little misleading as I thought we would. I think property on the first floor up would have.

It had everything that we needed. Clean and conveniently located. Right next to the beach. Good parking spot. Very good value.

It was an idyllic spot right next to the coastal path. Amazing hosts, beautiful, very well equipped apartment. They've clearly thought of everything. We had a lovely time. The hosts even treated me to a bottle of wine and card as a birthday surprise when we arrived. So lovely of them. Cannot fault the apartment, cosy, stylish and a lovely view. Thank you so much. Absolutely worth a visit. I will visit again.

Double bed was very creaky and could feel every spring, but overall a great place

Lovely,location next to reservoir right next to the beach, with a beach cafe, nicely equipped with microwave,oven/grill, dishwasher, plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Netflix and prime on the tv, good heating, small balcony and comfortable sofas, nice bathroom with kidney shaped bath and shower

The apartment was clean, fresh & furnished wonderfully well, ideal place to stay. The beach is just round the corner and millennium point walk is ideal to get exercise & enjoy the view. Would definitely recommend this apartment to my friends and family

The blinds would be deemed a hazard to young children like ours with the long beading pull strings but appreciate it may not be booked for young families all the time. It was great.

everything was fine, close to the sea and the town, the apartment had everything you needed, but it was a bit not cozy, it would be nice if there were hangers in the hall for jackets, but overall I recommend this place and I hope to come back again :)

Only real disadvantage is the state of Llanelli Town centre.. but its not that necessary to enter there. This property is cocooned in its own idyllic area.. top marks.. 💯 percent..

Location great close to most things that we enjoy so much.. I would definitely stay again and comes with a high recommendation from us.. everything that was Needed was there 😌.. so no unnecessary trips to Llanelli.. fully self contained.. definitely be back soon.. 😊 😃

Very comfortable flat, great as a base. Good position near lovely coastal walk. Overlooking the dock, lovely outlook. Parking just outside entrance. St Elli’s Bay nearby, a wonderful place to eat and drink and the Sandpiper by the lake was a wonderful place for breakfast.

Even though we had a parking permit, the parking officer was still checking cars. Our parking permit fell on the seat and we were charged a £60 fine. This isn't the flat's owners' fault. The owner tried to explain the incident to the officer, but he was too stubborn.

Cosy, nicely furnished and fully equipped flat. Friendly to little babies with a free cot and high chair at request. Great peaceful location 1 min walk from the shore. Lovely restaurant at Ellie's Bay nearby. Attractive walking routes by the shore and friendly for cyclist and horse riders. ASDA and town centre 1 mile away.

The sofas were a bit uncomfortable. The bed could do with a mattress topper. Llanelli town was a bit grotty, which is sad.

The location was lovely. Perfect for cycling along the cycle path. Lovely views. Right on the beach.The kitchen was well equipped. Shower was great, or you could have a bath. There was a lot of space and it was warm. All in good decorative order. Perfect location.
