We couldn’t get heating working the first 2 days (was freezing), until we realised there is a thermostat hidden behind a plant. No toilet paper and not enoguh towels. The code for the key was also wrong so we stood outside for 30+ mins as the contact number went straight to voicemail. The neighbors ended up helping us out and calling someone else. Not too bad but not great.

The box code sent to us was wrong. so after trying a few times, called them, problem solved. It is an entire residential unit, suitable for a small family. Location good, neighborhood a bit rundown, however that did not affect us. Kitchen had basic amenities and utensils. On the whole I would stay there again.

No soap in bathroom to wash hands or a wash towel to dry. Boiler broke a couple of times so the heating wasn’t working properly and got quite cold. When we arrived we were given an incorrect code to get in. I didn’t know you had to pay a deposit before getting code. But was soon promptly sorted via owner. So if you’re booking make sure and pay deposit beforehand.

Beds were comfortable. Place was very clean. Owner responded very promptly to messages. Location was good. Great for the SSE arena. Tv had Netflix.

We arrived to no electric or heating, couldn't get door to lock. Damp smell upstairs. House has potential, but little things make the biggest difference . I had my 2 kids with me, who were not happy, it ruined our trip. Personally I will not be back.

It was mostly clean, and close to Lidl/Asda/Chinese, and not too far from city center. The cleaner lady was very helpful.

The bed in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable. Could not sleep the whole night.

A well-equipped detached house with parking in a quiet residential area. Very close to super markets. Really easy check-in.

The pipe from the sink upstairs is broken so it put water out everywhere when the tap was used. There's a damp smell in the place No teatowels No bath towels

Not a whole lot of clothes storage space if you are planning a longer stay. Hanging rail and a couple of drawers in one room. Very little in the other. Fine for short stay.

Parking available in drive, entire home with a back yard space. Well equipped kitchen and clean throughout. Lidl across the road and a nice Greek takeaway the next street over

Water was cold and had to be reset, Oven needs cleaning , grill and tray were dirty.

Proximity to the airport and shops,privacy, ability to make our own meals with the provision of a stove , pots and cutlery. We felt at home.

very cold couldn’t get heat on. therefore had cold shower no toilet roll. very bad smell coming either drains or sink. one key for back door front door which isn’t great option. no body wash. stains carpet in living room.

Somehow we had a communication problem on our end receiving a second message of a key code change.. there was a delay in receiving it which delayed our entrance to the property a couple hours. S..t happens. It all worked out!

Close to the ferry terminal. Clean and well appointed and for someone staying for a longer time it would be perfect. Groceries just across the street etc.

Brilliant location for all we wanted to do on our stay. Beds were comfortable and clean… anything you would expect in a home there to be used.

No dislikes, it was a great property offered at a very reasonable cost.

A lovely home, really well decorated and roomy with two main bedrooms and a converted roof space for a third room with a good sturdy air mattress. Comes with full kitchen, living area and small enclosed garden. The house is only a short drive to the city centre for activities. There is a drive for parking and also on street parking.

No heating only discovered this at about 10 at night and didn't want to bother Ella luckly it was a warm night but we had a 20 month with us but she slept all night,bedroom wall could do with a touch up

Property had its own driveway for car, 2 min walk to asda and mc donalds. Ella let us check in early and left a brand new travel cot for our daughter to sleep in.

The location is close to the main road, it will be a bit noisy in the morning, but still acceptable, the stairs are narrow and small, the elderly need to pay attention

Nothing I didn’t like about the property itself but there is a small step up from kitchen to living room that we all tripped up over a few times but it wouldn’t stop us booking it again.
