Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The apartment is located in a run down part of the city. Boarded up buildings. Rubbish in the streets. Upon entering the apartment complex. The rubbish continues throughout the staircases leading to the apartment on the top floor. Lift not working!! Once we entered the apartment we found the the standard of cleanliness was poor at best. There were hairs in the bedding. The bedding had red staining to it!!!! My daughter refused to sleep in the bed. The balcony was quite frankly a disgrace. It was absolutely covered in pigeon s***t. All the seating and cushions both sides. They had obviously just been turned and the opposite sides were even worse. In all the experience was not good. From start to finish. Parking on the street !! Well the amount of broken glass from broken in vehicles and the characters loitering around there was no way I was leaving my vehicle there. That turned out to be a good decision as there were vehicles that had been broken into when we vacated the next morning. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment It’s advertised as luxury. It’s far from!!!!

United KingdomFurniture was not fixed correctly to wall after i put a glass on it it fell down I reported to owner straight away. I’ve had little to no contact after numerous attempts at getting in contact in regards to the deposit. I have been charged £180 for a desk that snapped of wall it does not cost £180 to get it put back onto the wall the owner just ignored my messages and took the whole deposit I think it’s a scam to take your deposit ‘BEWARE’

Amazing apartment, clean cozy excellent modern deco. Air freshener plug ins in all rooms and hallway. Balcony was amazing on a night for a drink and cig. Massive TV and excellent sound system. In the city centre. Loved that there were some food items in cupboards. Tea coffee sugar, salt, pepper etc all provided. The apartment is cleaned well. Bedding and mattress all checked and all good clean with zero stains. L shape Sofa comfortable, fresh clean excellent. I cannot fault the apartment. All hallways and floors with new carpet. The contact for the apartment is a text away, made sure everything was perfect, thank you so so much. He is more than helpful. Iv stayed in London 5* places and they don’t even give this much attention to detail. WILL MOST DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN… my most detailed review to date.

United KingdomYou are not quite sure of what to expect as you approach the building which we assumed was a converted mill. The lady in our party was nervous until we entered the apartment. After that all concerns vanished. Stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are steep and would benefit from a hand rail. Downstairs bathroom needs a curved shower rail and curtain. Would suggest you change the lock code as several apartments had the same code for their apartments
The décor was of a very high standard and we were very impressed when we walked into the apartment. Whoever put it all together did a great job. The little outside patio was special and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast out there. The 75 inch television was amazing and all in all we would have loved to have stayed longer. It is difficult to fault any of the choices made by the owner
