Perfectly located aparthotel in Bloomsbury. Everything you need, comfy bed, nice linen, a kitchenette with fridge, oven, microwave. Clean and tidy, I've stayed here on a number of occasions. They will also store your bags free of charge after checkout, which is really helpful. Try breakfast at the Lebanese bakery Ta'Mini on Marchmont Street, wonderful food and excellent coffee.

The general double rooms all had the bed pushed against one wall. This makes it impossible for the ‘wall-side person to get up in the night without waking partner. I couldn’t get the water in the shower to be cool enough to use, had to strip wash in the sink.

Staff were very friendly, property in good location, great area with plenty of pubs, restaurants, cafes - good vibe.

When we had to leave. A lovely flat happy with the accommodation we stayed in.

It is nice that we had an oven,toaster and we were able to cook when we got back from being out. Only a little flat but plenty of storage. Nice to have chairs to seat up to eat our breakfast and evening meal at the counter. A nice view from our flat being able to see the trees and the tennis court in the local park opposite. Handy for shops where the accommodation is located. Good that the reception is open 24 hours. Good WiFi connection too at the accommodation. Nice bathroom and it was nice there were toiletries there for us to use. A nice little flat my mum and I enjoyed our stay here while we was in London.

Some of the bathroom fittings were broken, and the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better.

Friendly welcome. Fantastic location. Well equipped room. Everything I could need was there. Handy for local shops etc and for St Pancras and the Eurostar. Amazingly quiet considering the location. Would definitely return.

When I reserved the studio by Booking.com, I upgraded the room thinking I will receive something much better then a standard studio. Instead I had the displeasure to receive the smallest studio (at the maximum price). Everything was small there, : the room (a little bed placed uncomfortably , the incomplete kitchenette (without stove, and with very little fridge), the bathroom very tight. So, it was a bad idea to do this upgrade. We were lucky to meet a very correct receptionist, who changed this with another much better. The only problem was that we lost half a day with the moving from one room to another.

A spacious studio with kitchenette, very clean. The hotel is near Kings Cross-St Pancras, and very good restaurants and stores.

There was two of us staying and in the room there was only on hand towel although there were two bath towels. When we asked reception for one mor hand towel they answered they don't have any and they handed us a towel for the bathroom FLOOR! Only one toilet paper roll in the room for 3 days for two people. Common sense ?? We had to ask at the reception for another one. Funny how all the available rooms suddenly become ready bang on 14.00hrs with the stopwatch timing!

No lift, we had to drag our luggage up 3 levels. Our room was hot. Very little room to walk around the bed. Power point next to the bed was unusable due to the mattress being in the way. The TV should be wall mounted rather than level with the mattress which made it difficult to watch.

Great location, kitchenette was a bonus. Took advantage of the free washing machines & driers. Sitting in the courtyard at the back with a glass of wine was a nice way to end the day. Public transport options were conveniently close by.

The bed was awful, it needs to be replaced asap as my back was buggered after 2 nights. I certainly wouldn't want to be a tall person using the bathroom and shower.

It was easy to collect the key. I had asked for a room nearer the ground floor as I knew we would have heavy suitcases and, happily, this was the case. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. No problems.

The mattress was a little hollowed out, the bench and microwave were designed for tall people, and the shower and its entrance are very narrow. However, we will happily deal with these issues and come back as the place is such good value.

It was excellent value for money in a great part of London, close to Russell Square, Euston and Kings Cross underground stations,, a railway station, and some major tourist attractions, and within walking distance of the West End. We were very kindly allowed early access to our studio after a long-haul flight, which was greatly appreciated. The studio is compact but pretty well designed.
