The mattress was a little too soft but that's a personal preference. The isolation between rooms wasn't the best but didn't bother us during our stay.

The location was amazing and the square was so lovely to wakeup to. Silent, near busy streets as well as quieter ones. A very London feel, did not disappoint.

Not a dislike, but just to be aware, if you had large luggage try for a ground floor room. Again the stairs and lack of lifts is clearly stated in the booking information, so not a problem.

I didn't know where to go upon arrival- instructions were not clear where to go inside so that took a minute. Air flow wasn't my favorite and thr shower was tiny but that's my personal opinion.

Location was perfect. Short walk to Kings Cross or the buses. Other nearby shops were very handy as well.

The rooms were boiling, obviously, with older buildings, air con may not be able to be fitted, but perhaps a better fan in each room? The worst affected rooms are those on the top floor. The beds could do with headboards, the ensuite shower rooms are tiny, and there is no room to manoeuvre in the actual shower. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs if you're on the 3rd floor.

The location was amazing, Kings Cross Station is a short stroll away, the area is quiet with a park opposite, and there are many restaurants and bars in the vicinity. It is good value for money, especially for its location. I was dubious about the cleanliness from the reviews I read on other sites, however the rooms were clean, even the mattresses were clean when we stripped back the sheets. The accommodation is perfect for short stays if you need somewhere to lay your head down after a busy day out.

Bed was slightly uncomfortable and the communal areas are a little dated, but otherwise, nothing bad to say at all.

The bathroom was quite small and did not have any hooks or options to hang clothes or towels.

The property is very central, just a short walk from King‘s Cross/St. Pancras Station. We only stayed one night, but the kitchenette and amenities would be perfect for a longer, self-catering stay. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

No toilet roll in the bathroom on arrival. Had to go back to reception to ask for some. The bed is randomly placed in the room without a head board, so pillows kept falling off during the night.

The bathroom was really small and there is no elevator. Our flat was on the last floor, but luckily we did not have heavy luggage.

Ideally located, close to King Cross station and many restaurants are nearby the hotel. Very quiet area. We had stayed there last year and were very pleased to see that renovation work has been done on the outside and inside. Cleanliness has improved. The flat is compact but was very clean. Reception is opened 24/24 which is very practical (our flight was delayed and we arrived after midnight) The lady at the reception is very kind and professional.

The appartment and shower are quite small. No room for big luggage. For a single person it is perfectly fine, but I wouldn't spend 2-3 nights as a couple. Be aware that some people simply won't fit in the shower. The appliance (stove, fridge, ...) are old. The bed head was next to the door leading to the terrasse, it wasn't very noisy, but I can imagine it to be chilly in the winter (personally went in june).

Very well located accommodation. The place was very clean and tidy. The pictures are quite representative of what you get. I got a room with a small terrasse, it was very nice and furnished simply with a table and chairs. This area of town is fun and full of restaurants and things to do.

The bed this time was only a sofa bed that barely fitted in the room. Having to climb to the 3rd floor with luggage was tiring and tricky at our age.
