Pre booked vegan breakfast, I should have let then know before arriving!

Breakfast was ample although we should have booked vegan for my daughter prior to arriving! Staff were really friendly and helpful. Wonderful setting.

Some issues in the rooms, but overall not bad. Tiles in shower were being held on by masking tape which was concerning and unsightly, but otherwise fairly clean.

Great location for our purposed on a drive back from Inverness to Glasgow via Glencoe. Needed several rooms for our group and this was on of the few that had three rooms available for the nights we needed.

Shower was a bit unstable and didn’t stay up. Was fine for me (5ft 1) but difficult for my partner (6ft 2).

Exactly as described. We stayed here during a motorbike trip for one night. Lovely bar with gluten free beer on tap which was a nice surprise! Food for both breakfast and dinner was great, nice seating outside if you get the weather for it and a lovely walk directly across from the inn. Comfy beds and clean!

Breakfast was tasty but a bit monotonous. Could use a variation of some pancakes or stu from time to time. Juices are low quality.

Good price/quality ratio. Comfy Inn great for a few nights. Location is convenient as a base to explore this part of Scotland. Breakfast is tasty and a good portion.

Bed was a little squeaky when getting in/ out. Main light a bit dim. Couldn’t find a teaspoon or socket near kettle so had to put it on the floor to use it but not a problem.

New bathroom with shower and bath, lovely hot water. Toiletries and spare loo roll already in bathroom. Radiator on warming room. View from window.

The fixed price for breakfast - my sister only had scrambled egg and it was still £15+ . Service efficient but not friendly.

The room was lovely, really nice garden view with a pond. Spotlessly clean and a comfortable bed. The food was good.

I messaged as soon as I knew our updated arrival time and kept checking during our 3 hour drive but received no response. I was told they tried calling but I had no missed calls, it could have been due to poor reception in areas. If they messaged back, I could have seen the message when I had better reception in areas, it would have been nice to know it was still ok to arrive because we were stressing the entire drive. The stay was lovely besides that miscommunication. Wifi in the lobby was a bit slow, took a while for pages to load.

We chose this stay for the location as we were leaving the Isle of Skye and heading towards Ben Nevis. I appreciate the Scottish yet modern touches decor style. Overall nice, clean, cozy, comfy room. Very comfy bed. They accommodated a late check in when we unexpectedly arrived late due to a hike taking longer than planned (which we appreciate!). Breakfast to order and some items to grab on the table is nice. Free easy parking.

Hideously uncomfortable beds. The mattress in room 210 is ancient and has formed dips making comfortable sleep almost impossible. It and any other old mattresses need to be replaced.

The wifi was not working in room 102 on android phone, but it was working on iphone. Upon going back from day out on the second day I was met at the reception by a grumpy cook who wasn't very friendly. In room 102, the shower is leaking.

The location was quite good, about 20 minutes by car to the start of the Mountain Trail to Ben Nevis. Breakfast was quite tasty, especially salmon and scrambled eggs. There is a bar with a huge selection of scotch.

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We arrived late and missed our dinner reservation by over an hour. Dinner service should have just closed but they kindly fitted us in and served us up an excellent meal. Room was very clean and comfortable with a great power shower, well needed after a day in the mountains. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Although it was a little way off the beaten track it compensated with quiet nights and beautiful surroundings and the friendly manager had a great sense of humour which always goes a long way
