Pool area was very busy with lots of children so couldn’t actually swim. This was a Saturday so it’s probably quieter during the week but we only had the one night.

Buffet breakfast was great. Location of the hotel was convenient, just outside of Stratford upon Avon.

One slight niggle is that the ping pong table is right next to the pool table in the games room, and when I was playing pool, we had rowdy kids hitting the ball really hard and at the walls. They hit it on the pool table multiple times and also hit my partner. It's hard to relax and fully enjoy.

Quiet location but still near everything and staff were really friendly. Great food, great variety at breakfast. Lots of facilities. Room was really clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cleanliness was lacking in some areas like the pool, hotel bathrooms. Service for food was super slow although it was half term, so the hotel was full. Breakfast serving was the same, slow, late to get food out, queues for everything. Please fix the coffee machine with food coffee.

The property was close to most tourist attractions, excellent parking, sockets for EV charging was a bonus.

Pool was very busy from 4pm onwards but didn’t bother us too much as we went in at 3pm and 3-4 was very quiet. Unfortunately no sky sports for football but no big deal. Just preference.

Breakfast was great! Good variety! Also had food from bar menu which was lovely! Pool, sauna and steam room very good

Being told our room wasn't ready and to go to the bar and they'd come and tell us when it was. They forgot. Toe nail clipping on floor, so not sure why cleaning took so long. Dog bowl and bed not provided as promised, but rectified on request. Being asked to come out of the sauna about the dog barking only to find she was asleep. Petty things, but this is a dog friendly hotel, and they put us in a subterranean room far away from anyone else who didn't have a dog. Would still stay there again, though, for the facilities and breakfast.

Great breakfast! Location ideal for getting into the centre of Stratford and Warwick. Spa and pool facilities very good. The pool temperature was perfect. Very comfortable bed and lovely shower. Bar staff really friendly and helpful.

A little outdated in places, if you were looking I guess. And it's really petty, but we only got 2 sticks of coffee in the room each day, so we would have liked a bit more - but that's just me being pedantic!

Gorgeous hotel. It's nice when the gym/pool access are included in your stay. The breakfast was lush. They cater well for allergies. I was offered to have a plate made up in the kitchen rather than from the buffet to prevent cross contamination of gluten and it was really comforting. The staff and facilities were wonderful.!

For a 4*, I did expect a fridge in the room (though they did say they didn't have one in the description, I could have read it better before booking). Spa treatments were quite pricey so we didn't book any. Limited amenities in the bathroom.

Any staff encountered with lovely. Breakfast was nice and as you would expect - bonus points for the lovely man who reassured us that the chef does not mix the meat with the veggie options. A lovely pot of tea or coffe straight from the kitchen when we walked in. The spa was the real reason we came. The sauna and steam room were lovely. The pool was practically empty on the weekdays. Lovely long opening hours and lovely warm robes and clean towels. Spent whole days there. Hotel is also very close to Stratford-upon-Avon and we had a quick drive down and a lovely stroll through the town. Cleaners also did an excellent job. Our room was super fresh each day. Parking was free and plentiful.

When we arrived we joined a very long queue to check in while a solitary receptionist struggled heroically to deal with the queue quickly and professionally. Despite her efforts we waited a long time and I wonder whether that could have been managed better if she’d been supported by a duty manager for the period. The decaff coffee from the machine at breakfast was pretty awful I’m afraid.

Housekeeping was very good and every member of staff was friendly, smart and helpful. Facilities were spacious and bright.

We would of preferred a walk in shower in the en-suite.

Whilst it was only a one night stay it was made extremely pleasant by the staff on duty. The food was excellent at both Dinner and Breakfast and the room was very comfortable.

If I was picky the bar was very busy and we ate in the bar food was lovely and came out quick we wanted a pizza box and asked a couple of times but the guys were very busy and forgot.

The receptionist was very nice and made an extra effort to accommodate us for an extra day In the same room and kept us posted. The reception always had time for a quick chat which was nice
