You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe carpet in the room was very dirty and ideally needs replacing! The room was far too hot, we had to turn off radiators and open all the windows. The breakfast, which cost extra, wasn't great. The hotel seems to be run by young inexperienced men!

The hotel was easy to find with off road parking. The receptionist was friendly and informative. The room was a good sized double room and had tea/coffee facilities and a fridge. Plenty of places for clothes.

United KingdomRoom was very hot despite it not being a hot day. The one opening window only opened a small amount. A fan was provided but only just enough to keep us cool. Not a good night sleep due to other guests banging doors at 3.30am and 6am! Bed and pillows not very comfy. Asked if we could get a sandwich on arrival as there was supposed to be a cafe but was told no food.
Convenient position to visit Stratford. Good car parking. Room was ok. Water provided in a fridge and tea/coffee/biscuits was welcome. Good shower and toiletries provided.

United KingdomBreakfast was an additional cost, and the food was good. However we felt it was a bit spoilt by the charge of a further £3.50 for coffee with our food. Including a cup of coffee in the deal would've made it very good.
Very spacious room - separate sitting area from the bedroom. Bathroom had a good shower plus toiletries. Bed was comfortable. Coffee and chilled water was available in the room. Ample parking space behind the hotel.

United KingdomThe unusual breakfast deal in which tea and coffee are not included in the price of the breakfast ordered. Also although not a very hot night in August, the room was warm and the fan (provided) was definitely needed.
The hotel appeared to be run efficiently and everything required in the room and bathroom for a night's stay was in place and clean and in working order.
