Hotel under refurbishment as it is a bit tired. One concern was the gap all around the room door to the corridor which I hope will be rectified when refurb is complete.

Great location, rooms small but comfortable. Great music and artworks in the bar. Helpful staff.

It is being refurbished currently and it was clear to see why that was needed. Also, whilst some of the staff were beyond helpful, others were a little standoffish at times. There was also the issue of being checked into a room that someone was already staying in.

The property is in a great and convenient location, and easy walk to Covent Garden, Leicester Square and theatres. Check in staff very quickly resolved the error of being checked into an already in use room and provided an upgrade, so in terms of helpfulness and quickness they were brilliant.

The single room was tiny. Not even a full size door so difficult to get in with luggage. Huge shelf unit dwarfed the room. TV not watchable from the bed as it was on a wall to the side & too far towards the head of the bed. 2 coathangers, no drawers. Sockets high up & hard to reach.

Excellent location, friendly helpful staff, very clean

Signage for the mezenine 24/7 shop could be better, we wasn't told on check in and only noticed on board in elevator (previously used different one) that this was available when we were leaving. Also didn't like being woken up by protesters across the street right outside our room.

We liked the room was clean, and hotel was quite central to access London's west end, Chinatown and covent garden, excellent to train stations. Door man and check-in staff very welcoming.

There is no air conditioning. The room isn't very romantic or stylish. It's also a bit small.

Perfect location. Trustworthy hotel. Nice and helpfull staff. Clean room and clean bathroom. Good hotel if you wish to stay literally in the best location.

Our room was significantly smaller than our friends, even though we were paying the same price. Even our drinking glasses were half the size! What the heck? The ice machine on the 2nd floor was rarely working and never had cups for the ice the whole time we were there, even though we told the Front Desk several times. We ended up using a Ziploc for ice and getting it on the 4th floor. Our meal at Cucina was a bit disappointing, and our first server was quite -- how to describe him -- not informative. Our second server, however, was awesome and helpful.

Hmm. The staff were pleasant. The room was clean. We ate in two of the restaurants. The service and food at the downstairs VQ Bloomsbury was really good. The food at Cucina on the Mezzanine was not that great. But it was nice that by staying in the hotel we got a Voucher for 15 and 20% off our meals. And VQ is open 24 hours, AND there is a Sainsbury's grocery store very close by.

    The rooms were really small.

The location of the hotel was excellent to all sights etc. The hotel itself is very basic however they are renovating it. The rooms were clean and comfortable but quite compact We only used the hotel as a base to lay or heads. Staff were all polite and helpful. Would definitely stay here again purely for the location.

Very thin walls. Could hear the exact conversations of people in rooms next to us. The wifi wasn't the best from our room.

Location was amazing. Close to train station and lots of main streets. Room was small but manageable for 2 people and was very clean.

The tub/shower was a little awkward for shorter people, and the fabric curtain is just obnoxious.

Small bed and short , design of the room , you have to be professional to set in toilet cause it attached to the wall from 2 sides so you you have to shift you self to the lift if you want to set .

Room had a fan but no a/c. Only two electric outlets so pick among: desk lamp, fan, kettle, hairdryer (no outlet in bathroom), and charging your devices. Elevators can be slow, especially since they tended to stop at floors where no one got on (perhaps the different cars are not well coordinated). The street (Tottenham Ct Rd side) was quite noisy is you opened the windows.

Excellent location steps from Tottenham Court station (on Elizabeth line to/from Heathrow or Paddington), easy walk to British Museum. Breakfast had good selection though some of mediocre quality. Convenient surroundings: groceries, cafes, even a Flying Tiger.

HORRENDOUS noise straight above our room from the renovation work ongoing. Whilst there was signage in the hotel and room warning us, we did not know in advance of our booking / arrival just how bad it was. We may have chosen another hotel if we had known about it.

The room was clean as expected and we chose the hotel because of it's location to the venue we were attending.
