The room was super small, it was hard to even walk around the bed how little space there was left. You can hear neighbors very well. Hotel stairs super narrow, no lift,and the carpets looked old.

I liksd the location, the staff were friendly. The view from the last floor was on thr London eye and the Big Ben which was nice to wake up to. Bathroom looked new and had nice soap. Tea and coffee for refreshments. I didn't need to ise an adapter to charge my devices which was nice.

The size of the room was much smaller than expected.

The location is very near Victoria Station and therefore transportation was not a problem. The room was very small and located right behind the check in desk. The room was very clean, however, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was continental and adequate, though not remarkable. It seemed the same pastries, yogurt, fruit, etc;. were recycled from day to day.

The room was very small but you get what you pay for in London. As other people have noted, there are lots of stairs and no lift so the hotel won’t suit everyone.

Convenient location near Victoria Station and London sights. Eating and shopping opportunities just round the corner. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were fairly friendly. Room was clean.

Weekend away with gf. Room was smaller than expected. On the first night I went down to reception to ask for another pillow as there were only 3 actual pillows in the bed. The receptionist said there should be 2 pillows per person, he seemed confused when I said there were only 3, he finally went to see if he could get me another pillow, returned and said he couldn’t provide me with any, none available. This made sleeping not the most comfortable. Various lights/plugs not working in the room. Bathroom was very clean and modern.

Room slightly on the smaller side for 2 but we managed. The seemed to be a blockage in the shower drain because the water took AGES to go down and at one point I thought water in the shower tray was going to overflow. There were a few minor cleanliness issues in the room which had me wiping down the bedside table, bathroom, stains from the wall and things like the remote control down with my own face wipes. Dirty curtains and window. The bed was also creaky and every time my partner moved on his side it sounded like the bed would break.

Good location. Staff were excellent, accommodating and patient (when we were about 20 mins late for checkout...) Really close to Victoria coach and train station as well as shops cafè's and less than 10 min wall from the theatres.

Very very comfy bed. Small room but as a single person I had a double bed and the high ceilings made it feel bigger. Nice modern bathroom. Quiet room with tv. Comfy and had everything I needed.

I appreciated a possibility to leave my luggage after checkout at the reception, free of charge for the whole day. However, the luggage is actually being stored in the main corridor right next to the entrance door, without adding any personal tags to it to prove who left which one, like in most hotels. I felt uneasy to leave my personal belongings like that, although many guests did, so I found a different solution. I guess having an additional storage space locked away under, with a tag would be too much to expect for free from a small Inn, but I was prepared to pay extra for that possibility. Anyway, it is kind of this Inn to offer what they can to store our belongings after checkout, and I sincerely appreciate it.

I have enjoyed my short stay at this inn. The room was small, but was alright for my overnight, as I had all I needed - a comfortable bed, clean private bathroom with facilities to take a decent shower, and a kettle to prepare myself a nice warm cup of tea and coffee whenever I wanted. Staff from the reception were all very kind and helpful, which means a lot, too. I also appreciated the closeness to the Victoria Station, so I could pull luggage from easily, and conveniently close bus stations where I could catch direct connections to other parts of central London.
