Fantastic place to stay in Edinburgh! My only regret is that we only stayed here overnight on route to other places in Scotland. The apartment was very spacious with a full kitchen and lounge. The facilities and rooms were clean and fresh. Close to public transport (buses, Haymarket train station). The staff were lovely on arrival and departure. Would highly recommend this as place to stay if you are spending a few days/week in Edinburgh.

Little soulless, bed and pillows both solid and didn't make for a comfortable night's sleep but slept due to tiredness more than anything. Parking is a little convoluted - needed to check in to get code which changes every day before being able to access parking.

Big clean apartment type room with just enough "stuff" to make a comfortable stay including towels, toilet roll, soaps etc. as well as well furnished kitchen for coffee, tea, cooking. Also had fridge freezer. Would be happy to stay longer next time and use facilities more. Quiet and well proportioned rooms. Location great for Murrayfield Gigs and walkable into town for other visits.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! They let us check in early after having a long trip on a night bus and also offered to help with our laundry. The rooms are very clean and have a lot of amenities. Overall a 10/10 stay!

We were up for Taylor Swift like all accommodation it had been excessively hiked to a captive market but this is more the industry to be fair than the accommodation. That said the location was worth the high cost

Excellent location if wanting to stay within walking distance of the centre. Especially if you are visiting Murrayfield stadium for an event then this is ideally located for that but still within walking distance to the centre

Only downfall we found was the parking. We booked in advance and managed to get parked but we weren’t told a code was required to leave. So it was a bit of back and forth with people being served leaving us no one to ask. Eventually a resident helped us get out but it would have been helpful to have been told at check in that we would need it.

We loved how easy check in was and how they went to so much effort for Taylor Swift. Staff were great, really lovely apartments and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We struggled to adjust the heating as there weren't any instructions left, and the room did get very warm but the fans we were given evened out the room amazingly.

The apartment was beautiful and we were super excited about staying here! It was clean, the facilities were so well stocked for us and the beds were so comfortable. Comfortably fit three adults as well, we had plenty of space. We felt very safe and were sad to leave after our stay.

The kitchen was a bit knocked about, one of the doors was hanging off and the worktop was peeling. The bedroom door handle kept falling off. Other than that hard to fault and would not put us off, just for future guests, management might want to look at a couple of bits but nothing major. Rooms were small but had everything you could need.

Staff were fabulous, we went for the Taylor Swift concert and they really put in the extra effort. The beds were super comfy and we slept really well. Lots of hot water in the showers and plenty of space for us all. I could imagine staying longer and being quite comfortable, everything you could ever need was there and was lovely and clean. Staff are an absolute credit! Thank you

It was more than I would normally have paid but that was because Taylor Swift was in town and everywhere was booked up.

Really clean. We had gone to see Taylor Swift and the hotel had gone to a lot of trouble to join in the fun - red carpets, cardboard cutouts of Taylor etc. Very friendly, polite staff. Really helpful giving directions etc
