My only wish was for a small clothes dryer... though we did have a rack to hang wet clothes.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The location was great, walking distance for everything we wanted or needed within the city. We loved the balcony, full kitchen, and washing machine.

When you took a shower, much of the bathroom flooded and you had to clean up the water or walk in puddles every time you wanted to use the toilet.

Did not have breakfast. Suite was clean, comfortable, quiet. Bed was comfortable. Except the shower flooding the bathroom (see below) it was excellent!

Filthy old synthetic pad under the lvg room rug Not needed and gross. Throw it away! Bathroom door not properly hung. Rubs on floor and sticks A H&S issue. Fix! Chrome-cast streaming to TV in lvg room is crap Barely works. Most TVs now have Apple AirPlay built in, which works flawlessly. Activate AirPlay option on the TVs ! Some basic items missing in the kitchen — serving bowl, fruit tray, medium cup, dish brush. I bought them and "gifted" them to the unit. Outside hallway stairwell carpeting badly needs cleaning or replacement. Worse, the stairwell window is sealed shut. Chemical deodorants sprayed to mask mouldy odour. Instead of spraying noxious crap, unlock the window! Allow fresh air into stairwell !

Self contained unit with kitchenette, including dishwasher and clothes washer. Clean, fairly bright, quiet area, easy walk to centre-town, West End, GrassMarket, Old Town and most other cultural destinations.

Odd bedroom setup with sliding walls separating the rooms. Very hot, hard to regulate the temp without keeping windows open which was noisy as we were right over the entrance. Noise in general is a bit of an issue, toilets are pump fed, doors bang very easily. Fridge was a bit wobbly but staff informed to rectify.

No exhaust fan in bathroom. Fitting was missing from tap which made it difficult to regulate the hot water. Apparently coffee tea etc is only supplied for one night. We stayed four nights but we were told we would have to buy any extras.

All amazing. Nice, warm, modern and clean apartment. Good location, 20mins walking to the centre. Well equipped kitchen, all you need for cooking. Coffee machine and coffee capsules (included to the price)

Shower temperature sometimes goes cold for a few seconds. Dishwasher not working. When we came back from our tour the second night, we found an old makeup bag that doesn’t belong to us, on the floor, next to our backpack. Escalated this issue to the receptionist (wherein we have to go out of the building to their main building since there isn’t any phone in the room). Unfortunately they can’t do anything about it til morning, and we have to check out early in the morning as well so it wasn’t really resolved. Either somebody entered our room, or housekeeping did a poor a job of cleaning the room to miss that bag which was easily spotted on the floor.

Close to the city center. Staff is also kind and accommodating. Reception offered us high chair for our son which is really helpful. Nice and quiet area after a day of strolling around the city.

Huge rooms. Loved the entry area so we didn't have to take wet clothes into the living space. Good facilities and handy location. Price was reasonable, it felt safe and secure and staff very helpful. We stayed 6 nights and appreciated the space. Plenty of hot water and heated bathroom floors which we loved.

Quite happy with the apartment itself. Just a few niggles. The apartment wardrobe had a handle missing making it cumbersome to use. The bathroom flush had a damaged handle but it worked. The downstairs lobby of no 7 had an unpleasant smell and the main door was a little cumbersome to use. We were warm and comfortable during our stay but didn't quite figure out how the room heating worked, so a few instructions could be helpful for first time visitors.

The overall location and convenience of a decent sized apartment equipped with a working kitchen.

Really hot in the (top floor) apartment even with heating off, but plenty of windows for ventilation fans were provided. Doors were heavy and didn't stay open so were constantly slamming behind us, doorstops would have been great to have.

Apartment was great with all the mod cons you'd need and was well presented, bed was comfy even though it was two singles pushed together

No washing machine in the room as advertised. We had to give our clothes to the receptionist to wash and dry. The clothes came back creased as they were shoved into a plastic bag when we picked them up. Three quarters of the bathroom floor was flooded when you showered as there was no closed off space for the shower.
