The noise of the construction work was quite disturbing

Receptionist Amjad was very welcoming, always makes us feel very welcome and such a friendly person. Any questions asked get answered, gives advice any recommendations of things to do. My family come here too now thanks to Amjad who makes our stay amazing

Good location. Very close by to Manchester Train station. Staff was very helpful to get us a Cab when Uber was not responding and we had to catch a train. Breakfast was also good enough.

Stayed here for The Killers concert at the COOP Arena. Location perfect....about 20 min pleasant walk along the canal. Everything with the hotel was spot on. Really couldn't fault anything. Will definitely stay again if in Manchester.

Extra chair in kitchen room

Staff were excellent and very helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. We liked the kitchen room with the TV but felt there should be 2 chairs in that room (a recommendation rather than a gripe). Breakfast was lovely but a little chaotic. Our fault for leaving it until the last minute (like everyone else!). Dont think this would be a problem if you went down earlier.

Attended a concert at coop live, good location to get back after concert. The kitchen was a bonus, first time the door to the room was on a corridor outside, loved it.

Not very clean in some areas.

Big studio, huge bed. Two tv screens made it very convenient. The lobby is amazing if you are working remotely, very calm and you can also have some privacy. Good breakfast.

Wifi was not good - made making calls from the lounge in my suite difficult, despite trying to troubleshoot with their Indian help desk on the phone. I'd have used my mobile data, but the signal was also bad in the room. If the WiFi was improved, this would be a home / home office away from home. Location also felt a bit of a trek on foot to get to, with only expensive parking options nearby. But definitely doable and probably worth the walk.

I wasn't expecting the apartment type of accomodation, but was pleasantly surprised. It felt private, spacious and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The in room facilities of a mini kitchen was amazing and enabled me to eat more normally while away with work. The room (apartment) was cleaned and tidied every day and there was a shared laundry I could use too! If I was working from Manchester every week - I would book here every time! Doesn't make a huge deal of sense for just a one night stay - but for the 3 night stay I did, it was perfect!

The staff were amazing. The room was clean, well presented, shampoo conditioner, body wash and body lotion were lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the complimentary snacks available with very welcome. The hotel is ideally placed for visits to the Etihad campus.

We had to ask for tea and coffee as despite there being a kettle and milk none had been left for us Reception did bring after we rang but took a while . Shower door not clean

Small thing but only decaf coffee in our room otherwise all good.

Staff on reception very friendly and welcoming. Clean big comfortable room. Breakfast was good. We were warned as the hotel was full that rhe last hour is very busy. We went down early to get seated n no wait. Abit crammed in the dining area but the staff were very on it with keeping it all tidy. We stayed here to visit the coop live arena. We walked into manc city for food and got the tram to the coop but walked back which didn't take long at all. Stopped at a Greek street food place too which was a bonus.

The only downsides were the view from our room windows, internal one half and a brick wall the other, bizarre and slightly oppressive. Then the “breakfast” very busy in very small area and food was cold.

Excellent stay for a gig at Co Op Live. Few minutes walk from the train, enjoyed a pizza and drinks there before grabbing a £5 uber to the arena and a decent 25 minute walk home which was easy enough to navigate. The room was lovely, very clean, comfy bed and great shower. Overall we were really happy with our stay, the reception staff were brilliant and we will definitely be returning.

Under the couch there was sweet wrappers and dirt. Next to a building site so woken up at 6am with workmen climbing the scaffold
