We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAs usual you can't open any windows so totally dependent on the A/C which can make it stuffy. Suites are smaller than other Staybridge suites especially the kitchen area, so wouldn't recommend for long term stays. Right next to the station but hard to find in the beginning. Only realised a lift going from the station carpark when leaving the hotel. We went in winter so sure it will double in price in high season.
Good price for what you get. Very clean and friendly staff. Lovely bed and bathroom. Good for perhaps 3-4 nights but no longer.

United KingdomI wanted a night away in Brighton for my wife's birthday and found the Staybridge suites on booking.com. The hotel was really lovely, the room was very clean and well equipped, it even had a small kitchenette. The bathroom was nice and the shower pressure and temperature were great. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of choice. We only stayed one night but to be honest we couldn't find anything negative to say about the hotel, overall we would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Location is really excellent and the hotel is clean, comfortable and a really nice place to stay. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was also good. Would definitely stay again.

United KingdomThere were just a couple of issues with our room. The microwave looked like it was working, but didn't heat anything, so we think it was faulty. The bathroom sink needed a little adjustment to stop the plug from causing it to drain slowly. The shower screen was also a bit inadequate to prevent the bathroom floor from getting a soaking. We personally didn't find these to be a big deal, but they might bother other guests.
The spacious room, well equipped kitchenette, complementary laundry room, complementary breakfast, pantry in reception, and games room set this apart from other hotels in the area. The gym is small, but currently stocked with brand new equipment. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It could not be closer to the train station, so super convenient if you are arriving by train. This will be my first choice on future trips to Brighton.
