My room was too hot during the night. With no temperature control and windows which didn’t open, I had a restless nights sleep due to being too warm.

Lovely staff, really friendly and helpful. Beautiful room and good breakfast with plenty of choice. Great location right behind the train station.

No view & if you park at station there is a dodgy lift. However this is more the responsibility of the municipality

Everything was great. Just one little piece of info for Canadians/Americans: there is no ice available! There was a kitchenette, with a fridge, in the room. It had a small ice cube tray. Not a big deal at all.

Breakfast was great. A meat and eggs as well as toast and typical continental breakfast items. Hotel location was perfect. Just down some stairs outside the side entrance of the train station

Room temperature was a bit low as centrally managed AC. Rooms from the other side would have sun and feel warmer, but ours was from north side.

Didn't expect more than croissants and coffee for breakfast so I was nicely surprised. Very nice staff, both reception and breakfast.

Would have preferred a washing machine in the room rather than a laundry room. But I ended up not using it either way.

The room was nice and spacious. The amenities were also nice, I really appreciate that they had a french press for coffee. I booked this hotel specifically because it was one of the few with a gym. Really enjoyed the gym, it's not a particularly big one, but it was very clean and generally quiet. The location is also very good, very close to the station and to the center.

I wish I could have opened the window in my room a crack but understand why you can't do this for safety reasons. Due to the construction work there wasn't the most scenic entrance to the hotel, and it would be great if there was a bit more planting around the site as so many people stay there with dogs so it would be great if there was a little parklet on the doorstep.

Gorgeous room and really helpful staff. Dog friendly which is a bonus, and a great breakfast. Location was ideal, and lovely that there is a pedestrianised option down to North Laines rather than having to use the roads. Will be lovely once the construction work is completed in front of the building.

We loved everything really. Only one minor gripe is that there is only one coffee machine which meant a long wait and queue at breakfast time. 2 coffee machines would have made a big difference. But otherwise, everything was amazing.

The apartment was fabulous. Clean and spacious with everything we needed. Our room was on the 5th floor and was quiet. The bed was just right and comfortable. The staff were super helpful. The location is great, very close to the train station and a short walk to the shops. The breakfast was lovely too. We will definitely book again for our next stay in Brighton.

The coffee machine was slow at breakfast and caused delays. That’s the only fault I can find!

Clean, modern hotel with spacious suite. Enjoyed staying in a corner suite room which was positioned away from the busy side of the hotel so lovely and quiet at nighttime although still very close to city centre.
